If it was that easy I would not have bothered asking the question. So no, that is not the correct answer. That does not work.

Because, before paying out for your theme I upgraded the site to use Dokan and was using Dokan theme which worked. All the data is already in the Perfect WooCommerce Brands, so there was no reason to not use it.

I am not sure which error you have with theme. Please, enable any default theme and check your issue. Let me know if it’s only in our theme

Using the “Perfect WooCommerce Brands”, when I click on a brand name it takes me to a 404 error page instead of /brand/brand-name/ which does not happen with other themes, including the Dokan theme.

I also created a brand name using your theme brand and set a product to use that.

On the product page, it does not show up your brand, but does show the the “Perfect WooCommerce Brands” under the title / price section.

The “Perfect WooCommerce Brands” also show a tab underneath the product, next to the Description, shipping other info tabs. Yours does not.

You say use theme has brands already built in but I do not see that it works?

Brand in our theme is working as expected and it shows info near other meta of product(categories, tags), but place is depending on product layout

But not with all the other page layouts and I do not use the Egg plugin, these are my own products that I sell

And even when it works it is not as good as “Perfect WooCommerce Brands”, this also creates a Brand tab in the product information as well.

you can place there anything except reserved names for your plugin. I think it’s “brand”, so, if you have such name there, delete it and resave

Our brand is working almost in all Product layouts, including default. Currently, the only limitation is that it requires to have External type of product. I can explain how to disable this limitation if you need

I do not use “External type of product” I keep telling you that I have my own products that I sell. Not digital, not external, but real products that I post to customers.

This is why your theme does not work? it is meant to work with Dokan that is why I brought it.

You do not have the same issues as you do not have the same set up. But as I have said, it works with some page layouts and not with others. It is not coded correctly or it would work as all other themes do.
