There’s no option for that at the moment. We will pass this suggestion to our Project Manager to consider including it in future theme updates.

You can try to search for a 3rd party plugin for this. Please note that we have not tested every available plugin and cannot guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins available.

Theme support up to 3 level of menus like in our demo so you probably have issue with 4th level which isn’t supported by the theme.

How do i put the shop icon cart back on the homepage?

Hi. I’m getting an Internal Server Error on most pages on your demo site. Also, when a user is logged in, can they view Free courses without going through the checkout process? Can every lesson jet be set to ‘preview’ to let users a full course without going through the checkout process each time? I’m optimally looking to use a membership program that lets lets members view/access all courses. Thanks.

Thanks for writing in.

1. Most likely there is some temporary issue with our server. Anyhow, we will check this out right now and try to solve it as soon as possible.

2. Please note that all course purchases are going through WooCommerce payment system, so this isn’t possible by default for our theme. You can set Free course and require user to register before purchasing, which is somehow workaround for what you want to achieve.

As you can see in the following screenshot, you can set for any lesson to be free → http://postimg.cc/fSwKrpgT In that way any visitor on your website would be able to see all free lessons → http://postimg.cc/Xr3VD8n1

HELP!! UGENTE!!!

My problem was not solved, I see an error similar to this “Access to XMLHttpRequest at ‘https://www.emevirtual.mx/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php' from origin ‘https://emevirtual.mx' has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. ” I suppose it has nothing to do with the icons if not with the requests to the server.

They sent me by email a URL with the update of the template, but my question is whether it will affect me all the changes that I have already made with the version of the last template

You won’t lose info and pages, that is stored in your database.

Regarding to updating the theme, please follow these guidelines on how to update a theme →

First you need to use an FTP client (like FileZila).

You can upgrade your theme by performing the following steps:

1. Download latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page)

2. Extract it and locate academist.zip

3. Extract academist.zip and locate the theme-name folder

4. Copy/Replace the content of theme folder to /wp-content/themes/academist folder of your web site.

Using this method, none of existing content or settings will be lost.

Also note that you need to re-install all required plugins (Elated CPT/Core, WP Bakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution etc.) after updating the theme.

Anyhow, we always recommend creating a full site backup before the update.

Hi.

I put pop up in my web, but this appear every time the user enter in all pages of the website. The right thing is that pop up just appear once; the first time that user enters. How could I do this? There is a option?

Also, from the plugin Visual Composer, the option “edit with wpbakery page builder” is not showing in the front-end, just I see the option “Editar Página/edit page” and this button sends me to editor of back-end, or this template don’t let me use this option.

Hello. I tried to translate login-register page into a different language but it hasn’t worked. How can I solve it?

To translate any label in the theme, you would have to use a 3rd party plugin, such as WPML or Loco Translate or Polylang.

This way, you’d be able to translate string of any kind, including the Widget Area names and titles, as well as WooCommerce labels. These plugins are quite straight-forward and easy to use even for the least experienced users.
