We haven’t had any other reports of users having an issue with filters, however I would recommend you verify everything else is up-to-date as well (theme, plugins, WordPress core) and then fully clear your browsers history and cache and flush any caching software or plugins you may be using on the website. If that doesn’t fix it please renew your support and open a Support Ticket including temporary login details to your website so we can investigate. Thanks! 
Hello, I\’m interested in this template
I am convinced to buy this template, but I do not like the design of the individual page of each car, I want to know if it is possible by code to show the value of the fields that are created in the section of \’listing settings\’, I want to design the individual vehicle page, but I want to know what is its php syntax so I can pull the value of the field. Can you attract the value of the field by slug?
I just need the php or short php code function to pull the value of the select field, can this be done?
And so show your value on the individual page, what I want is to change the design and put those values on any side of the car page.
Yes, you can customize the file wp-content/plugins/automotive/auto_templates/listing_content.php and place it in the auto_templates folder of the Child Theme in order to not lose your customizations when the theme and Automotive Listings plugins get updated. How to update the child theme’s footer_forms.php file? I downloaded the latest theme files and unzipped the child theme, but saw NO such file. I am stumped how to fix this? Am hoping you can help!
I also looked in the main template files, thinking I could copy a file from the main template into the child theme folder, but could not find the footer_forms.php folder in the main theme either…if I delete or rename the file, the error goes away.

I’ve been using the Theme for about half a year now, without any problems. Recently the occassions in the Vehicle Scroller aren’t clickable in Google Chrome in Windows anymore. IE, Safari, etc. no problem, Chrome on Apple-devices = no problem. The problem only occurs in Chrome – Windows. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
You likely just need to update the Automotive theme and the Automotive Listings plugin to the latest versions, then fully clear your browsers history and cache and flush any caching plugins you might be using on your website or web hosting account.
Hi there,
I have bought this theme twice and I am using it on one website. My last purchase was in 2018. The theme tells me that updates are available. When I go to the automatic theme update using my Envato code I am told that my theme is already registered. This is correct and it wont let me update. I should not really have to update my support for this update. Please advise as I feel its related to an issue the them had with updating at some point last year.

No worries, you don’t need to renew your support for this. Just go to our support site at https://support.themesuite.com and login. Under My Products click Grab Envato Products if you don’t see all of your products. After you do that, beside each one you will see a link to Reset License
Also I should mention that depending what version you are on you may need to manually update via FTP as Envato has deprecated their old API (you will need to at least have a theme version that is using the current API in order to automatically update from wp-admin)

Like a few others, your latest theme update broke my Woocommerce layout. For some reason I cannot get the columns in a product category to display properly. Whatever calls to give each column “li.first” and “li.last” isnt working properly and every other column is “li.first”.
Hi Zack – Sorry to hear you are having trouble, is this for the https://roninimports.com/ website? The ‘Shop’ columns seem to be working properly for me, is it possible you just need to clear your browsers cache? If you can elaborate on the problem a little and show us an example we would be happy to have a look at it for you and see what’s going on.
Yes that is the site. I have put a bandaid on it with custom CSS but whatever is generating the format (php?) isn’t working properly on my site. It’s only generating two columns and one with “li.first” every third product which gives me two columns since “li.first” is given “clear:both” in CSS. There is no “li.last” like a few other sites I’ve bookmarked that run the same theme but probably have not updated.
If I put in custom PHP to return more then 2 columns/products per row it still stays at two columns.
Do you have any other custom PHP or CSS to customize the WooCommerce layout? We haven’t been able to replicate this behaviour in the latest version. If you want to open a Support Ticket with your website login details we can have a closer look at what is going on.
I do but I disabled everything, including a bunch of plugins, before trying to fix it myself with CSS.
I copied content-product.php from the Woocommerce default template files and it fixed the formatting. At that point the boxes in each category were messed up in other ways (I assume because of the theme), but they were arranged properly.
I went through the content-product.php that you include with the template and disabled parts and removed things one by one. Eventually tried removing “post_class” from the following line: <?php wc_product_class( post_class( sanitize_html_class(“product_style_” . $product_layout ) ) ); ?>>
Im not a PHP guru by any means but I can read through and understand bits and pieces… and I have no idea why that fixed my formatting.
Just realized Woocommerce is spitting out a syntax error because of this edit. Im not into PHP enough to understand why.

Hey! I’m running a site with your theme + the automatic import extension because the car listing is being updated through cronjobs.
But the API for my carlisting has changed. Now it runs Basic Acces Authentication and the file import wont accept the URL.
Can the theme run URL import through Basic acces auth?

Hi, I cant download the Theme and Files in order to carry out a manual update, error says I’ve downloaded the file more than 20 times!! I couldnt even download it the once? Please help so I can update the theme.
Unfortunately we don’t have any control over this, that is a problem with your Envato account. You will need to open a ticket with Envato here and explain the problem and they should be able to fix it hopefully: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
I have done that and am awaiting response… From what I’ve read you recommend a clean install of the newest version of the theme and then reconnecting to my Envato account is that correct?
What version are you using? If you are on a really outdated version it is possible, there was a bug at one point that caused this, but that was quite a while ago. I would recommend manually updating the theme and Automotive Listings plugin to the latest version via FTP.
Theme version 9.4 is installed currently, however I seem to remember it was causing me issues to update to that, I gave up trying as I wasnt hosting the site then and the server was very slow… Today I moved the site to my server and its quicker but obviously needs updating to current version.
I think manually updating via FTP you should be fine. Envato likely will be able to reset things on their side which will enable you to update to the latest version, but if for some reason they will not let us know.
Logged out and back in to Themeforest and it let me download. Updated to v10.8 looks good and seems quicker to load than older versions

Hi all, maybe I missed it but is there an option to flag so the pictures uploaded for a car will also be deleted from server when car will be removed/deleted. My hosting server is full of old pictures from cars that are already sold and removed from listing.

On the Single Listing Page it no longer opens up a slideshow when a user clicks on the main image. In fact, the main image is not clickable at all forcing the user to scroll the small images underneath to make a slideshow. Is this a setting that changes? Seems to have occurred after the last update or so but I do not see an option under Listing Options>Single Listing Page to change this . Thanks!
