Sorry to say that but this is not possible using Theme Options, you have to use any third party plugin for it, below are some links of the plugins for the same purpose so if you want you can try any one from it but at your own risk as we do not provide our dedicated support any third party plugin issue.

Sorry to say that but Flatsome and Porto are 2 different Themes, So both have different structure of code and designs, and you can not use the same site built in using one Theme with another, So I suggest you to Install the Theme on a fresh new site and then Copy the code or CSS or JS anything from your site to new site and check it works for you or not.

Porto WordPress is fully compatible with WPML, The issue you are facing is maybe because of any third party plugin confliction, So please once check after deactivating all the third party plugins and removing the server, site and browser cache, Hope your issue will solve and then again activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

OR it may be because of your Child Theme Customization, Please once try with activating the Parent Theme.

And also please make sure that you are using the very latest Theme and WP and Plugins, If not then update the WP, Theme, and Plugins as well, Hope you will not find the issue.

Porto WordPress is fully compatible with WooCommerce plugin, So with WooCommerce it will not create any issue but if some of the elements of WooCommerce customized by your Theme then it will surely create some issues when you change the Theme, So my suggestion is to you that start from Scratch with Porto WordPress Theme.

Porto WordPress Theme is Compatible with PHP version 7.3, but some of the plugins like RS and WP Bakery are not fully compatible with the PHP version 7.3 and Porto Functionality plugin has some elements related to these plugins in it so that is the reason it is giving an error, Please use PHP version 7.2, You will not find the issue.

That Section in Shop Demo 18 is set using Porto Products element, So when you edit the page you will find Porto Products element, and when you edit the Porto Product element you will find all the possible Options inside element setting and there is no Option to hide Sub Categories in the particular element, So this requires Customization.

Yeah, There is no element for Smooth Scrolling, But you can achieve it using small Customization, Please copy and paste the JQuery code into the particular page JS section and change the id in the below given code as your clickable button ID, It will work for you.
