Hi, how do i save my current layout/theme before applying demo switcher? so i can revert back if i don’t like it.
Make sure your current home page is not having name “home”. The demo switcher creates a new page as home and sets it as front page at wp admin – settings – reading – home page.
Hi, but the demo switcher css is applied to all pages, not just home. How i revert back if i don’t like the demo?
You can first take an export of the customizer from WP admin – WPLMS – Customizer – Export . Then you can use the demo switcher to import, if you do not like then you can import the exported code.

Hello, we are starting to setup our site and wanted to get one add-on the “Custom Learning Paths” which is $29. But it states “Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased extensions and themes. After one year, license keys may be renewed. that this is a one year license.” 1) Does this mean that the add-one will continue to work beyond a year but without updates. I ask because this add-on was last updated in June 2017. 2) Are there are any known issues between the current WPLMS version and the Custom Learning Paths add-on?
Please purchase from wplms.io , the licenses are now valid for lifetime, no such restriction of 1 year. Their support is included in the theme support. I am updating this in the site terms as well. There are no issues in Custom Learning Paths with WPLMS.

It seems there could be some error in your custom code which you may have added because functions.php has only 50 lines and the number of line where reported error occurs is 60. Also, in our entire code we have not used the function mysql_escape_string which is shown in the error, Please send me an email with your Site link, WP admin details and FTP details. Hi there, i recently purchased and installed demo 14 which was working ok. After several issues i deleted both themes and reset wordpress completely to start again from scatch. I’m now trying to reinstall using the exact same steps as before and after several attempts it just doesn’t work.
If i go through the setup wizard which i want to do so i can select all items on the first page, it doesn’t import any demo data, or any of the pages ticked in the setup process and doesn’t adopt the selected style.
I have tried various demo imports and the same issue with all of them this time around. I’ve reset again and uploaded WPLMS and Child theme. If i give you the credentials could you please take a look as to why it’s no longer installing properly?

Dear support, the PDF builder plugin is not working properly. When user click on “finish course”, it open a blank dark grey screen and when you tried to save as pdf, it is an error corrupted PDF. Please assist on this urgently, as all users are facing the same issue! They are not able to view or save their certificate properly after hitting “Finish Course”.

I have set the category order > 0 and there is a course inside the category
We’re checking this on our test site. Meanwhile can you check this (I suspect carousel rows is not saved ) : a. Set the Carousel Rows as 2 and save the carousel settings.
b. Now set the carousel rows as 1 and save the carousel settings.
Now check if the carousel settings are applied correctly.
I has set the row to 4 and reload the page to make sure its saved, the row still 4 and the category still only one show up
Do you want rows as 4 or 1 ? You can revert back to row as 1 and save.

Well this works fine please set the category order of all categories more than 0 and also make sure that your vibe customtypes plugin is updated to latest version 3.9.2 .

Each time i install your vibe and wplms plugins on my website it keeps giving me white screen. I have done the trouble shooting and i know it’s the plugins that are causing it. How do i resolve this?
Install the plugins one by one. Start with Vibe custom types plugin, BuddyPress, Vibe course module, Vibe shortcodes and rest.
i started with the vibe custom type plugin and it returned the whit screen. It’s the plugin that is giving the error. What do i do?

Yes. Currently, the buy batch feature only allows me to select all paid courses.
However, I wanted to allow buying a batch with one or more catagories (e.g. English and Math) with one click, which may include particular free, hidden and paid courses.

Including whole category and showing it in select box in buy batch is not available . We will have to add provision for that in future updates of it .

Hi, My original site has some issues so I am installing the latest version fresh in a new folder. I installed wplms.zip and then Child theme. When I am trying to Activate Child theme then I am getting error. The error comes after I install Plugin ‘Vibe Custom Types’. Error is: The following active Buddypress components do not have associated Wordpress Pages: Course. After this the wp-admin does not show anything. Please can you suggest whats wrong?
Hi, Just go ahead with the setup, this notice is automatically fixed when your use setup wizard ( with or without content import ) or use 1 click installer for demo.
After this error the wp-admin/themes.php fails. And none of the wp-admin page works.

I know students in a batch get access to all connected courses, but can I control their access to some courses in the batch?
For example, a company buys a batch with 2 courses (Course A & B ) and 3 seats (Admin, Student A & B ). Can the admin restricts students’ access right, so that Student A can only access to Course A, while Student B can only access to Course B?
Do you want ad-hoc control panel, like a Batch admin screen where administrator can remove Batch student from courses ? Or you are suggesting that you define a criteria on the front end where the student with this profile field does not get enrolled in certain course category.
Well im sorry this is not available in wplms batches as of now . It will auto enroll all users to courses if ” Enable Course auto subscribe for Batch students ” is enabled .
@VibeThemes: the former. Batch students can be added or removed from courses by batch admin through a control panel. In other words, batch students themselves cannot enroll to batch courses. Is this possible?
@vibealex: how about if it is disabled? I don’t need to auto enroll all students to courses, but I wanted to limit and control their access to some courses by batch admin manually.

Thank you for your suggestion. I believe this can only import students to batches/all batch courses but not to specific batch courses. It will be great if batch admins can have flexibility to control student subsciption not only at the batch level but also at the course level (e.g. 40 students to batch’s course A and 30 students to batch’s course B ).

Well it took time coz we re-built it from scratch three times as our approach was wrong . Also this kind of functionality requires a lot of use cases to cover . But finally it is about to complete and hopefully will be available next month .
