WooCommerce Add to Cart button disappears after adding 1 item to cart. What if user wants to add 2 of that item? the button is now gone and they cannot. Is there a way to disable this feature and make the add to cart button always present?

Hello, after latest update I have the bellow problems: 1) Prettyphoto zoom is not working (Single image settings > General > On click action: open prettyPhoto) 2) Image background (Row settings > Background) is not working. I had to use the Row settings > Display > background image. 3) Can not display News (use of Post Grid)

Does the theme work on php7.3? I can’t get my website to load on php7.3, and apparently it’s caused by the composer theme.

I received an email saying there’s an update for Composer. I went to the Wordpress dashboard for our sites (2) that use your theme. There is no update there. Does this have to be done in File Manager, or will you add the ability to update from within Wordpress in the future?

After updating the theme my site is down with this error:

I have manually uploaded the latest version of your theme and it doesn’t clear the error on my 2 sites – https://salalco-op.com and greenlandco-op.ca

I know that my support has expired, but why should I pay to renew support if the problem is a defect in your theme causing my site to go down? If the error is yours, you should fix it regardless of whether support has expired or not.

Hi, I am using your theme to make a shop page, and I was looking at the option in the Theme Options page, I wanted to se how masonry would look like but it messed up my shop and it won’t go back now to how it was previously, all I see is the products names in a list but no pictures or price. The theme seems to be broken with wordpress 5.2 update + malware attack on april….

Theme compatible with 5.1. new update will be coming soon with WordPress 5.2. support. Malware attack is nothing do to with our theme. Its because of yellow pencil which has been fixed.

My clients site got attack&hack by a malware plugin, I think I have found the solution for it. I will try to fix our problem right now… but I also wanted to share the link “https://yellowpencil.waspthemes.com/docs/important-security-update/” (Maybe more people have the same problem)

FYI, there was a malware backdoor in the lpugin you provide “Yellow Pencil: Visual CSS Style Editor” :(

Any plans to update this theme (at least by updating bundled plugins such as Composer and others, which are very out-of-date)? Theme was receiving often updates in the past (which was great), but no single update was released during last 5 months. Or is it in EOL status? Thanks!

That’s great to hear. I was confused because the first line on item’s page says:

Latest Version 3.3.1 – December 8, 2018

How is it that my 1 star rating no longer exists? Is this how you maintain your 4.97 star rating on average? By deleting any ratings that aren’t 5 stars?

Can someone tell me how to open a support ticket? The only thing I can find is going to https://support.innwit.com/forums/ – but that’s just a forum that doesn’t allow me to open a ticket. Am I missing something? Can I only open a ticket during business hours?
