You are facing an issue because of the cache, You have server cache enabled and also the site cache plugins as well, Please contact your hosting provider and ask your hosting provider to first flush/remove and then deactivate all sorts of cache issue form your site until you are in the development process, and then you have to remove the site cache and deactivate the cache plugins and then remove the cache folder from wp-content finally check your site after removing the browser cache.

it seems like if attributes have not registered to Attributes in Woocommerce. the default value doesn’t work with select box. it wasn’t related with cache.

Banners’ width set as 66.6666% and 33.3333% make the images really burly.

That Image is set as Row Parallax Image that is why it is setting up for the Complete Row, as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/Idy9MWL.png
and as the Image is set for the complete Row but showing as for Column on the front-end that is why the complete image is not appearing, So there is no Option in the element to set it as appear full Image you just have to change the Image Size and test it as per your requirements.

Thank you for the quick response, but I think you misunderstood my question. I don’t need to remove the capability; I simply need to hide the metaboxes from view to streamline the UI. If you can please let me know where these metaboxes are added in Porto, then I can figure out how to remove them.

Never mind—I found that they were added in the Porto plugin, not the Porto theme, and I was able to remove them.

Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

PHP version is the lastest, Your Theme and WPbakery is the latest, Wordpress Version is the latest

This is not the Theme but the WP Bakery issue, This may be because of many reasons, because of your server restriction or PHP version, So please check once after setting your PHP version as 7.0, and remove your server restrictions, hope your issue will solve and if not then we have to debug your site.

Yes, It is always Open on Mobile you have to close it by tapping on any section on the Mobile screen except the menu, and this is because the One Page Demo menu works on the section IDs so it does not refresh the page it just takes you to the particular section on the same page right, and the menu closes when the page will refresh and in that case the page is not refreshing so that is why it is no closing by itself. Hope this is all clear now.
