Hi guys, Pre-sales questions ! I’ve been reading a lot about how Jupiter was ‘better’ with WP Bakery plugin before Elementor made its way, (Jupiter 6). I also know that you offer both versions in your Downloads folder. But do you have any demos made with Jupiter 6??? I have to say that the one’s I see with Elementor are pretty basic and would love to see, at least, Elementor in action, (as in Demo mode), and check out how it’s build and what it can do before I decide to buy this theme..!

As for the demo login ro wp-admin panel, unfortunately we don’t have such possibility. It was reported as a feature request to the developers. Hope they will implement such opportunity in future. Have a client that purchased your theme, quick thing that’s been sticky for us… on a homepage, I have the highlight when active setup so it shows what page you are on… What’s weird, this is not a one-page site… The HOMEPAGE is highlight when you are on the homepage, but also the courses page (there’s no #courses or anything on homepage… there are links to that page, but nothing that should trigger it in being active) just wondering if you have had anyone else with this issue where it shows that multiple pages are active.. Thank you beautifully coded theme… Rivals a lot of my year-tested favorites will definitely be playing with further.

okay thanks for the info. now I need to know about the mobile menu dropdown that’s not functioning when using jeibo template. I already imported the template but the menu dropdown is not functioning like in your demo site here. https://nimb.ws/ylKS0x

If you use Jupiter 6 version, you can set Fixed Sticky option for the header in Theme Options > Header > Sticky Header in the “Sticky header behavior” setting. Also fixed footer can be enabled in Theme Options > Footer > Footer Type. What do you mean by “variable” content? You can create any content with Text editor or any WPBakery elements on your pages with WPBakery content. Thank you.
hi, i really enjoy this. but there is some problems. 1. when i edit page or post with elementor, i can’t see the preview and i can’t access my homepage. it just become blank, white page. 2. sometimes elementor doesn’t work. so i just follow the directions(deactivate plug ins… etc) but it’s not work. and it suddenly work again. i don’t know why. 3. i think it works when it’s loaded on the server, but many times i can’t reach my homepage(it’s not error, just blank,white page came out) that i don’t do anything.

I’ve made custom shop page, left blank field in WC shop page settings (as in jupiterX documentation https://help.artbees.net/shop/setting-up-shop-page), but there is still something wrong with settings. When I use button “continue shopping” in cart view it don’t take me to to shop (as on your demo site). Probably because of this blank SHOP page in settings? How to use custom shop page with proper links “continue shopping” to this custom shop page?

I’ve tried this, but it not works. Note, that in my case it is not “empty cart” redirect. When I’m on cart page with products and from there you have two option – go to checkout or continue shopping. When I click continue there is link to current page, not to shop page… The same when I try click “continue shopping” when I’m on checkout page.

Your theme is interesting and i wanted to try elementor to see the difference with the good old VC (WP Bakery) but i’m now little unhappy with this theme and have serious doubts about elementor coding quality because it is not as good as it first seems.
It contains bugs i have not seen for long time!
Some seems to come from elementor (elementor import from other website that doesn’t work good, rows that are not clickable, slow to bring the page builder up…) some clearly from your theme: for example with your latest update the 1.30 (15 April) the Sticky header doesn’t work with mobiles. When scrolling down (on mobile) the sticky header doesn’t show-up and the scrolling is completely jumpy, a disaster!!
This can be seen on one of your demo: https://jupiterx.artbees.net/perseus Ok thanks to the support teem (very fast i can say!) i got a CSS fix that i will try.
Also it is related with speed: Why to provide all this bloatware with the theme? they are just completely unnecessary stuff that doesn’t bring any more value and can push people to install them and slowdown completely the website when the theme with elementor is already not so fast.
Compare to a simple template like Be or others with WP Bakery, just the page builder activation is needed to start and they are fast with only 1 single required plugin when yours need at least 4 to 5 to work!! : Jupiter Core + Elementor + Jupiter Pro + Raven and ACF in most cases !! because elementor basic without the Pro feature is completely useless in a Pro environment (no models creation, imports, etc…) It would be much better to combine all this Required stuff in your theme! and the speed and usability will be improved! Also it comes with lot of CSS http request, little more than the templates using the old good WP Bakery.
For testing i did exactly the same page on both your theme with Elementor and another using WP Bakery and could compare exactly the speed of both.
After hours of testing with GT Metrix and Pingdom (Desktop & Mobile) the same page in your theme with elementor is somewhere like 1 second or more slower than the exact same done on a template with VC (WP Bakery). Tweaking it with WP Rocket brings it fast for sure but will always stay behind a theme with VC using WP Rocket. I didn’t test the older Jupiter with VC but i can say a theme using WP Bakery (VC) (as the only one plugin activated) is definitely little faster (1 sec or less) than yours using elementor (with the 4 required plugin to work).
So your theme with elementor look interesting but elementor seems heavy (more PHP memory needed and not yet completely mature and if you can do something to improve the coding of your theme it would be great.
Please also publish your update after serious testing to avoid this kind of bugs like a sticky header making all scrolling jumpy!
Otherwise you provide excellent support with very fast response, that’s good!!

Jupiter Core and Jupiter Pro plugins were added due to Envato policy changes. They were required for correct functionality of the theme.
To speed up the site loading, we recommend to use suggestions from these articles: https://help.artbees.net/maintenance/elementor-too-slow , https://help.artbees.net/maintenance/optimizing-jupiter-x-to-get-the-maximum-speed .
If you still want to use Jupiter 6 version, you can do this as it’s supported and updates will be provided. How to get Jupiter 6 files, please read here: https://help.artbees.net/how-to-s/how-to-download-jupiter-v6-files . Thank you for understanding.
Ok, thanks the CSS for the sticky header was fixed with the support, still testing elementor to see if it’s worth it shifting from VC…

The scrolling has always been smooth and uniform, but in the last few days it has become slow and laggy in both firefox and chrome. Example: www.veteduka.com.br. I would like your help to solve this problem as it is happening on more than one site of mine and does not seem to be a problem on the server. Thank you.

To fix the issue, you need disable Smooth Scroll option in Theme Options > Global Settings > Site Settings and Minify JS option in Theme Options > Advanced > Speed Optimizations. After that check your site. Thank you.
