The settings are based on the screen size, not the device size. iPad Pro has a 1024×1366px screen. It’s very similar to a desktop screen.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to use a specific banner for iPad Pro only without custom coding.

Hello. Love this theme, use it a lot. I can never figure out this issue though. I have PREM version of woo-commerce wishlist. You have the FREE version in the theme when its installed. How do I use the PREM version? DO I disable FREE and upload PREM? Do I delete FREE and upload PREM? Do I overwrite all the files from the PREM folder to the FREE folder on the FTP? Thanks.

YITH doesn’t let you use those free and premium versions at the same time. So, after the premium version is installed and activated, the free one should be disabled automatically.

I have a problem with my mobile menu, I’m using theme version 3.83
There’s no response when clicking on the menu icon from the homepage on any mobile device, but it’s working fine from any other page on my website.
It’s just adding a # to the end of the site address.

Can you test after deactivated all plugins and switched to the main theme?

However I’ve managed to resolve the issue. It seems there was a conflict with a recent plugin I installed – WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration
I’ve disabled that and all working ok now.
Although I’m not sure why there was a conflict? Would be very helpful to have this plugin installed.

I have a problem with “custom tab” on product pages. Whenever I use Safari to click a “custom tab”, it scrolls to related products at the bottom, not the “custom tab” I set.

Please check both Safari & Chrome, you’ll see the difference between them. I’m using Safari 12.1.1 on Mac Mojave 10.14.5 beta.

No I can’t. Paying another $41 for one question isn’t worth it. I didn’t even ask any questions at all from support for the first 6 months … lol
You can’t fix blurry images via CSS. You need to use an image with the same size of the popup.
I’m sure it is a “CSS Blur filter” that could be nullified with “whatever: none;”. It’s part of the “design”. In Customization>Header>Newsletter only the height can be specified for the image. My image is 370px in height and I set the height to 370px. It’s still “blurred”. So that means it’s a built-in “Blur effect filter” that can be nullified with CSS.

https://ibb.co/njdTJM5There must be. The settings are 370px, the image is 370 px … it’s blurred. Simple as that. If I use a Block instead with an image, it’s not blurred. But I don’t want to use a block if I don’t have to … but it looks like i will have to as the Newsletter popup is flawed.
We definitely don’t use “CSS Blur filter” for that. You can check by inspecting CSS codes via Web Inspector of your browser. You need to check the image quality, compression and size.
There’s nothing wrong with the image. I’ve been editing and manipulating images for years. Like I said, it’s perfect in a block. The Newsletter popup just fucks it up somehow. Simple as that.
Here’s some helpful information. The Flatsome Logo Size is 400×84.
