You need to check the backend. If there is any messages that warning that: you need to update plugins or the theme,... pls click on to update them.
We have updated many times. And the theme supports 2 version 1.x and 3.x
In the new version 3.x, we have re-done the source code and improve a lot of things… If you use the older version of theme, you should update on the latest version.

I have just discussed with my coder. Could you try to use a lower PHP versions such as PHP 5.6 or 7.0? With the lastest version of PHP, maybe it does not support some functions,... We will check and update for the theme soon. Thanks

I am sorry but I have opened a ticket since yesterday that I bought the them and since no one reply… it looks the site is running by one man only and silence… as I told in my previous post, it is frustrating to buy a them and wait to see why the demo content that you show before we buy is not instaling… is it not easy to put in your doc how to import it or provide a link to download it.. in 21st century and cloud system which lets u have a couple thousands of GIGA in cloud it is a easy job.. As I notice here there are lots of users complaining about this and also about your support…it looks like you buy a new car and after five minutes you return it back to the garage and you are in front of Closed doors….it is first time I see such a things between all themes I bought from ENVATO…I hope this can help you to think in your business plan and be more honest with your customers
is it normal since two days I bought this them and opened a ticket and no one replied to my support ticket since 48H!!! I am sorry but ignoring your customers I will ask ENVATO to refund….. In your support page you mention that all support tickets are replied within 24H but I think your team is not professionel and not even one word from your team and neither here….

I just Bought your Kuteshop them and installed. But following your documentation 1- in “Kuteshop > Dashboard >” there is no ” Import Data tab” 2- Second option I tried with “Importing WordPress” and I get this message: “Gateway Timeout The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application. Additionally, a 504 Gateway Timeout error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
I just opened a ticket by your support team I hope they will quickly reply. It is strange that lots of your users have the same problem and you did not solve it, even in your support area there is no information about it and you have a FAQ area which is empty and I don’t see why it is there.. and I am wondering why for such elementary task users should open a Ticket.. Maybe you should think about it and simplify the task of your users. It is a bit frustrating to start with a support ticket just 5 minutes after install of a new them. Thank you for your attention. Why not are you making a video to show how to upload demo content? I think demo upload process is very hard! telling this because I am not an un-experienced website developer, I have vast experience to develop various woocommerce site using others theme. All themes I have already used the demo content upload process was very easy just by one click but your theme is so much harder than those. I already tried numerous times to upload demo content but it’s never been complete for once and i asked support to you but again and again, you asked all bullshit thing from me and finally got no result! you guys need to understand people have busy time so they can’t wait for you a long time. after this comment, if you guys do not help me then I will give a 1 star review for customer support!!
