Hello, so I updated to the latest version of the theme, I am using a CDN. Most of the things are working, the only thing that is not working is the icons. The icons are showing up as squares. I have edited the htaccess file to include the headers, yet the icons are still not showing up. Could you please advise as to what I could do to get the icons show up?

Hi, I know my support has ended, but i raised a ticket regarding a fault and no one has got back to me. With this theme at various times the CSS stops loading, I’ve tried this on 2 different servers. there is no caching on the servers and I’ve taken all caching off the website. What would cause this issue. Thanks

Support has just expired so I can’t contact you, however there seems to be an issue with the latest version of the theme. I activate it and get the following notification on the front of my site: “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.” and this one on the backend of the site: “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
I have deleted the theme using FTP and the site works again, re-uploaded and it’s working without issue. I’ve tried two other themes (The7 and Jupiter) and they both work without issue. There’s something wrong with Bridge.

Just note that right procedure for doing update of Bridge is to: - first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ - then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins. Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too. Everything should be working well. Please, let us know how it goes.

Is this theme ADA Compliant and if not – are there any plans to modify it to make it ADA compliant?
I have a few clients that use this theme and will have to consider changing to a different theme if this theme doesn’t support ADA compliance due to several lawsuits going around in the USA.
Also if the theme is not ADA Compliant – could I use the plugin ADAplugin.com to scan and update the site – do you know if your theme would be compatible? Or would there be major issues?
Oh and I checked into it – Arvada – The #1 selling theme is ADA compliant so there are now ADA Compliant themes on the market.

Unfortunately theme isn’t ADA compatible since Envato market doesn’t require it. We will off course consider integration at some point according to requests from other users since this certainly can be beneficial. Thank you for your suggestion.

Unfortunately we haven’t tested our theme with the Shopify platform, so we can’t guarantee full compatibility. We use the WooCommerce plugin for WordPress for the shop in our theme.
