Hello, this theme doesn’t have ajax navigation, all of our other themes does. There are no suggestions, it works like this

It’s true, is the only one of our themes that doesn’t support ajax. You can go for onair2, or for Kentha + Kentha radio, they both are for radios and support ajax page loading.

Hello dear, it seems you have no license. This is why you can’t enter in the support forum. We see a badge when the customer owns a license, while you have none, meaning you don’t own a license. Sometimes something goes wrong with the payment after the purchase, you should contact Envato support for your problem and see what they say.

Hi. A question regarding this theme; I noticed when I click the top bar, the whole page loads and the music comes to a halt. Can the top bar be prevented for not to be reloaded while browsing the site (ajaxified)?
Hi, this theme doesn’t have Ajax page loading, as it was made to guarantee highest plugins compatibility (like AdSense). If you want ajax page loading we have plenty of alternatives, as Kentha, Onair2, and Vice.

Hello, we just published the new theme update that has WhatsApp sharing. Linkedin we didn’t add as is not really much used by the musicians, so for the moment we don’t place it in the header, but if we receive also another request for linekedin sharing for Sonik we will add it immediately. the sharing function has been completely updated and all works perfectly.

I see that still you don’t see the update. The Envato market plugin sometimes doesn’t delivery the update immediately.
I think for efficiency they cache the update state of the themes so they still didn’t see that the new theme version is out (it was published only an hour ago). So you can wait a couple hours and check later, or perform a manual update via FTP.
But if doesn’t bother you I’d just suggest to wait as the automated update is much easier and safer.

Hi, for sure, you can see we update the theme about every 2 weeks, and we are doing the new update of sonik right now, incouding also some other improvements. By the way the changes of the WC templates are very minimal code formatting, and from the test it appears still working perfectly.
As matter of fact sometimes they change just some version number and some code formatting, but don’t worry the new version will be out in about a day.

Hello, the license takes usually some time to update, this is normal. The system is very wide and is overall complex, this is the reason of the delay.
Anyway I checked now and your license for Sonik appears correctly renewed, while you have one for OnAir2 expired.
If you need support for Sonik, you should now be able to operate. Otherwise please let me know

Hi, I’ve created multiple Google Map API Keys… none of them are working. Ive used API keys that I installed in Wordpress in the past that worked instantly and it doesn’t work for your site. Is there a special formula… Like am i putting more than an api key in the field?
Yes, there is indeed a correct way to set it. Another customer made the same question that was explained in detail last week. Please open a helpdesk request so my colleague from the tech support will provide you the correct answer.
My purchase code isn’t working in your support panel. It’s saying it’s not valid to view the forum but I have 6 months of support. What do I need to do because my map isn’t working.

Hey… When I initially added the purchase code it said it was invalid. That’s why I didn’t complete my registration. That’s neither here nor there… I appreciate your quick response time. I received the email and it was something very simple. The documentation mentions geolocation when it should be the geocode map api. As soon as I added that api key it worked as shown in the demo … So thank you again my client is extremely happy with the site

Google Maps changes quite often, for instance the Geocode wasn’t even required until a couple weeks ago, so we implemented the new documentation a bit in rush

Well, the thing is not that easy.
The social icons are a special icon font we crafted in vector for this theme, so we have to add th eicons via Illustrator, export them in svg, then edit our font and export the new font package, program the new CSS classes, then edit the backend to add it as option, then modify the frontend to make them appear, and finally test if they work fine or if they work break something.
The process is quite complex, takes about half a day, and is already queued for the next theme udpate.
There is no quick shortcut for this, sorry.
You have instagram for the other pages just not for the staff member widget Can’t you just use the instagram icon you already have? And just make it a selection for staff members

Ok , if you want to sacrifice one icon for another, let’s say Facebook, in the social array you can replace Facebook with instagram., But I’m not sure the Instagram icon is coded. Also the change will affect every similar page.

Hello! Is not in the automated installer, but the theme is compatible. You need to go in plugins / add new and Sears WooCommerce. Then from there you can install it.
WooCommerce will ask you to install jetpack, that’s not actually required and you can skip it.

Hi, WooCommerce is totally free. Is not in the forced installation as some customers may not need it. Also, I explained in my other answer how to install it, is totally free 
The demo contents has what you see in the demos actually. If you want to import any woocommerce element you see in the demo, you have to import the demos AFTER installing woocommerce, otherwise it can’t create products and other things.

Actually, unfortunately not. The WP version was already full of effects and much more stuff that, for performance reasons, we had to take choices and cut elements as the particles backgrounds.
The HTML version instead has the parallax polygon backgorunds, that are a very unique effect that no other theme has .

Please check the available theme demos to have an overview of how it is, the menu is not as the HTML actually, but you have the paraplax polygons from the HTML which is the same. The WP does not have particles animation (was too heavy in the complex).
Love the look of this theme. How are the event tickets processed ? .. would tickera plug-ins work with this theme as an alternative event ticketing option ?.. Thanks
Hello and thanks for the question. The events allow to use any URL as purchase link. If you use a certain plugin, once created the virtual product (could it be an event on tickera or woocommerce or whatever) the purchase button will have a link. You can just copy it and paste the link in the event details.
You can add links to buy the event on multiple places if you need to.

Mobile menu does not work..and my support has expired..however..as you mentioned this was in the documentation according to yourselves.. I want to know where in the documentation it is so I can fix it as i’ve searched your documents and i haven’t come across how i need to set up the mobile menu separately. I didn’t leave a 1 star review because my support expired..That’s quite an accusation.. and I’d ask you to apologise for that otherwise I want to know what the complaints procedure is on here. I’ve bought many themes and if you have a look i’ve given most the sites a 5 star rating..even those i’ve received support from as their support and customer service was amazing..or their theme was amazing. Ok, you left a bad rating containing essentially a technical request, because you have a settings problem. Casually, after 6 months that you have this problem, you want to contact the helpdesk right when the support is expired. Also, your rating is a technical request (a problem in setting the menu).
I’m sorry if I was wrong with the judgement, but what normally happens is that people do this on purpose and there is an entire forum talking about this behavior.

No, you were right, my suggestion was wrong (that’s why tech support is not here but on the helpdesk, I’m a presale manager not a developer). I asked the developer, and we had a previous case with this problem, the issue is in the customizer settings, and seems it can be solved very easily.
Without the possibility of seeing your site, is impossible to see which is the exact rule that you have to fix. Also, you should have the feedback of the developer directly.
As you support expired, you should renew it to get in touch with the helpdesk, so you will receive a serious tech support.
As most of the customers renew the supports every year, providing developer’s help on this forum would mean offending the other customers that are paying to receive the service. But I’m sure you can understand ( Imagine if you pay for a service and you see that everybody else have it free ).

Hi! thanks for your interest in our theme, actually the menu is there but we have a bad color set fot this icon, so is white on white. If you install it, with a line of code you can make it black. We actually used a not-so-wise couple of colors in the ehader, that cause the icon to be white on white in mobile, but with a small CSS exception can be fixed.
Also, if you need a theme with albums, artists, events and all of the radio features, you may want to have a look at Kentha + Kentha Radio plugin, that makes all you have on Sonik, and much more, plus it has NON STOP music player.

Hi! Your radio seems to be at the moment offline ( I can’t play it from the URL you provided) anyway, the URL you gave us is not the stream URL, the stream URL is an URL that, once opened, plays the musc straight away (like a link to an mp3 file).
The link you have is a page containing a player.
The player is usually linked to the stream, which in your case seems to be

I have an odd issue, the site seems to white screen randomly when going through the site & only doing a ctrl and r will bring it back this happens when I am logged in and out of the admin.
I have also looked on chrome and this file seems to be the issue >> /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
For some reason sometimes it kick back a 500 server error… however the file is there as I checked via FTP

Hi I am getting this error Uncaught (in promise) DOMException when trying to play our radio stream. Is there a fix for this? I have read if I add muted=”muted” into the video tag it could fix it but I am unsure where in the code to add it. Cheers Linda
Hi, as it seems you have the theme since a long time and the error is happening now, you may have done recent changes that are causing this, to the site settings, to the radio provider, or anything else. You may just wanna try to make sure autoplay is OFF in the customizer. Anyway, as your support expired, I cannot provide more support here, otherwise it could be very offensive for all the other customers that are regularly renewing the support, which I think you can understand.

Hello! Php 7.3.1 is really buggy, please switch to 7.3.2 and they will disappear. As you can see you are getting errors from core wp functions. Otherwise also php 7.2 works fine.

This means your entire database was not working. Maybe they were simply updating some component in the server…

Hello, we do not provide support for the settings of third party plugins or settings. Anyway cache is a static copy, if is showing old information, you need to set a shorter expiration time for your cache. I suggest 30 minutes maximum.
