1.You can probably embed a jwplayer video using a Raw HTML element in WPBakery.

2. Yes, you can either have self hosted, youtube or vimeo video on the portfolio item.

3. Unfortunately, you can use our theme only on one site. To have our theme on two sites, you will need to purchase two items.

Does more people have problems with the search engine on the Hazel theme? When clicking on the icon, the search field doesn’t open.

Please make sure that you are running the latest version of our theme and theme plugins. Also please disable all 3rd party plugins you may have installed after theme purchase.

You can upgrade our theme by performing following steps:

Download latest theme zip file from ThemeForest
Extract it and locate hazel.zip
Extract hazel.zip and locate hazel folder
Copy/Replace the content of hazel folder to /wp-content/themes/hazel folder of your web site.

You need to delete the core plugin before updating the theme. If it still breaks, you need to delete the core plugin manually from your server. If the site remains broken, you then start deleting all theme plugins one by one until your site comes back up, then install the new versions of the deleted plugins.

I’ve just updated the theme to the latest version (4.1), but the menu-item with ‘Select options’ has disappeared from the side menu? As the update has replaced the logo by the ‘Hazel’ logo, I need this to be fixed asap!

I am writing this for a client that has no idea how to contact or get support fro you. I cannot get into their account but they have an issue with simply trying to import the Theme Options. When at Theme import page, there is a script error thrown into the console before even attempting to import.

That error is referencing your no-conflict setup:

var $j = jQuery.noConflict();

This is breaking the entire theme and is CONFLICTING instead. Brand new Wordpress install, bare minimum plugins based off your required theme plugins, options.

How can this be fixed in simple terms, rather than replacing your functions of the non-conflict statement.

Hi. There used to be an option to not show the title of a post, but now the title is always showing ( even if you choose not to show it). Problem is the default title is H2 and I need to replace it with my own H1. Any idea why this feature isn’t working anymore? thanks

We have just checked and it looks like this option is working fine. Please, check this screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/ni9VcnzsnKx It means that you’ll see title area (background image or color) but without title text.

Thanks for replying, what I’m getting is without the title area showing (I don’t need it) and the page’s name is always coming up as H2 or H3 so I can’t effectively have a H1 on the page. Contact page is still part of our theme and you could find it here \wp-content\themes\hazel\contact-page.php All theme text strings are registered labels, and you can translate them with poedit software. You need to create translation file for your language and to translate theme labels. Use poedit software https://poedit.net/​, load translation file from theme folder / languages, translate it, and name it according to WP Codex https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/​

Hello, i’ve just purchased your theme but i can’t upload demo content. No matter what i choose (all/content/options/widges) and no matter which theme i choose, when i click on import, page reloads after 1 second and that’s it, no message and no content has been imported.

I edited php settings in my cpanel, and i disabled plugins, i tried from chrome, but no success.Is there a problem with importing at the moment or ?

Also, is the license for wp bakery page builder included in the theme?

Regarding demo import it’s crucial to set your server php parameters correctly. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to configure these for you:

max_execution_time = 300; memory_limit = 128M; upload_max_filesize = 128M; post_max_size = 256M;

Hi, I just purchased the Hazel theme, but I am unable to create the same homepage as the Violet demo with the simple full slider. Do i need to import other elements to enable this to work. I can manage all other pages, but just not able to get the homepage right. Thank you in advance

It would be helpful if you would update the Themeforst website info where it shows with versions of Wordpress it is compatible with on a regular basis. Right now it still shows 5.1.X. If you could clarify that the “X” meant 5.1.2 on their site it would save a lot of headaches and worry.

In the latest update we included 6.0.1 version of the WPBakery plugin and there are no major differences between that version and the latest 6.0.2

Ok. Does your theme support Fast Velocity Minify or another minification plugin for speed purposes. This plugin is causes site issues.

And how do I get the sticky menu to work on mobile (responsive) mode?

No we didn’t test that plugin with our theme but from our customers experience we can suggest to use one of these in order to enhance your site speed:

Also there’s no option to use sticky header on mobile, sticky is available only on desktop view by design.

Hello I got this error after updating and I`m unable to enter the administrative Interface in wordpress.

I used the method from the documentation, Updating in wordpress by Install button is not working either.

Error thrown Call to undefined function qode_get_vc_version()

4.0.3: disappeared contact form (Contact Form 7) on the contact page

I just tested Contact Form 7 in the local theme installation (version 4.0.3) and it’s working properly. Make sure you have installed/activated Contact Form 7 plugin and check the form again on page with the Contact Form 7 element added.

Also if you are using theme contact form template you need to install core plugin which is necessary according to new wordpress coding standards. If you didn’t installed core plugin you can do that from the Appearance > Install plugins page.

Hello, I updated my Hazel theme to the version 4.0 and Wordpress to version 5.1.1. The sticky menu is now lower, as I logged in Wordpress even when I’m not logged in Wordpress. I deleted the chaches but it is still there. Could you provide any help or advice? Many thanks.

This template is available in my local installation like shown in this screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/4sVVqqy3Tc . It’s possible that you have duplicate version inside theme installation folder. Connect over ftp with your server and double check haze folder and look for another haze folder inside of it. If that is the case you will have to delete entire folder and to install theme again.

Will you be updating the theme to work with WordPress 5.2? Hazel update crashes the site and resets most of the site. :(

I just tested Hazel theme in my local installation with the latest wordpress version and everything is working properly. It’s possible that you didn’t installed core plugin that is necessary according to new wordpress coding standards. Please install it from appearance > install plugins page.

Hi, I´m having trouble with the logo size on your theme, I have set it up to be 36 px high, but it shows small, no matter what I do, even if the bar gets taller. I even added the following code, but no luck yet:

Hello – just did the one click update from v3.7.1 and have an error which is showing up at bottom of the header of every page and the logo is not showing up. Can you help ASAP please?? Thanks!!
