I can see that you have integrated Twilio sms Service with this theme. using this feature, are we able to verify the users mobile numbers as well ? As I know you have email address verification feature already. Actually it is really a valuable feature if we are able to verify the mobile numbers. Please confirm.

No twilio integration is for notifications, and available as seperate addon, needs custom work for mobile number verification

Hello, I am looking for a classified ads theme that can have the location be in set zones (for example having multiple counties be zone 1 and and another group of counties be zone 2 and so on). So that when someone is posting an ad, when they select what zones they want to show up in, rather than just using an address. Is it possible to have the locations be set up like this on your theme?

Yes you can restrict to any country, and location create locations as per your requirements, our locations works as custom taxonomies.

Thanks. It still seems like this demo user can’t even add new listings (trying to add a listing leads to “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” message). Is there a way to actually try out the admin interface before the purchase? Like change the design of a few pages etc.

I know very well its not a support channel but when your team take 7 to 10 day to respond to any query on support without any information of what the doing regarding query, so its the only remaining channel to communicate with you guys, at least they should reply over there that your query is referred to technical team thats it. But they even dont bother to reply.

What plugin indicated by you to not give cache problem at the time of login? Message that appears: No message. I’m using a 03 cache plugins and optimization.
To correct the error I need to clear the cache, usually I enter through my cell phone to be able to clean and then yes log on to the pc.
we recommend wp rocket cache plugin, but you can use any other as well, make sure you are not using cache for logged-in user and disable cache for login page as well.

Hi I am an owner of a classaids but I can not delete an ad that I put in to test. When I am at the ad itself frontend, I try to click edit and nothing happens. There is nothing in my profile frontend that pertains to the ad (nothing at profile that shows I made the ad – no edit functions, nothing) and in backend, I see nowhere to go to to delete the ad? I do see that the ad was made at dashboard saying that it was made but there is nowhere to go to delete the ad, approve the ad or any of these things.. Can you give us please a step by step as to where the location is in backend (not front end edit since it doesn’t work for me) where admin can delete unwanted ads ? Thanks much

depended on setting in each listing levels, listing can be suspended or down graded to any other level after expiry
