Theme has a major bug with woocommerce product variations. The product page must be reloaded in order to allow any variation to be added to cart. I currently have three different attributes for one product. Tested on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox with cleared caches and cookies.

When I activated your theme I received the following notice: Your theme (Timber Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this: Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Any chance you can implement scrolling down on phones = scrolling sideways in projects? People tend to scroll up and down on phones, not sideways. An easy solution would be to let people do what they want and make it suit the theme.
The same goes for the shop – no visual clues telling you to scroll sideways. On an iPhone it seems the shop is one product only (unless you start to scroll sideways, something people tend not to do). Love the theme, but people need to be able to navigate.

Sorry i have been using this theme for some time, and really love its design build quality (Coding), but each time i have some issue with the pre-loaded only displaying just the first letter and i always have it displaying the “site-title’, lost the custom code. Was wondering if you guys could help out a long satisfied customer.

I have seen the theme and, I believe It could be good for my needs. But I’m puzzled because, as you know wordpress released many updates, so I could have many problems if the theme is not update constantly. Just it.

1. Is it somehow possible to have a Video playing automatically (not by pressing any buttons) at the start page (no sound needed)? – examples:

Yes, sure you can create more proof galleries. Each of them will have a custom link, you can add them to your site menu, like we did on our demo, or you can send them directly to your customers./p>
Is it possible to integrate Revolution Slider?
We didn’t test Slider Revolution plugin on Timber theme, but you can have a FullScreen slider by choosing the “fullscreen” option from Project Layouts settings. Demo example: https://demos.pixelgrade.com/timber/portfolio/vuhl/

That’s correct, as can be seen on the changelog, too – the last update was released on October. Of course we’re taking care of this theme. Until now, there are not reasons for releasing an update, we don’t have bugs reported. Are you looking for something specific?

I’ve been looking to see if the problem has been fixed or not in the current version, but getting mixed results. I hear there are issues with this theme regarding scrolling (page elements load and become the limit of the page, need to resize / reload in order to continue scrolling), I checked out the https://pixelgrade.com/showcase/timber/ that showcases a number of sites made with Timber, but it appears as though this issue is not fixed. Has this issue been fixed at all? I’m using Windows 10, observed the issue on Chrome, Opera, and Edge.

Hi, I just reinstalled this theme on a project but now I cant install demo data. How do I do, Support expired years ago but I always been able to install demo data. The theme is not used on any another project, just might start using it… but now I can’t. Please help me, one-click-setup is a theme feature, not a support feature.
Hi again, just reinstalled everything and you really mean that demo content is a paid support feature. It´s the only theme i worked with that do this, bought more than 250 themes here on ThemeForest for me and my customers. It’s NOT OK and you should have a warning sign that demo content is a paid feature connected to support plan. Could you please reconsider this.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been facing issues with importing demo data. The main reason we linked, somehow, demo data to the support, is that usually people use this option at the beginning, when they start using the theme and they already have support active. It does not really happen that someone needs demo data after more than 6 months after buying the theme.

Ok. But how do we solved this? When I buy the theme you say nothing about that, You say:

The Setup Video link does not work and nothing about that the investment in the theme Is useless if you do not install it at once. I agree with you that support is limited by time but not a theme setup.
How do we solve this, just say you sorry is not a solution. Please do not ignore your customers, I got two of your other themes so I really like your theme but this is just bad business.

This option is on our features list but we couldn’t find an easy way of adding it. It seems that a lot of things need to be changed inside the theme files and that’s why it’s not a part of the theme (at least for now).
