If you are having issues with a third party plugin you have downloaded yourself, please contact the authors of that plugin.

As for the fact that you cannot log in to your website, you could try navigating to your database on the servers you are using for the website and creating a new user with a blank password. You can then log in with that user and change the password once in.

The Vibez theme is compatible with the Gutenberg page builder, however, since our demo pages have all been constructed using the WP Bakery Page Builder you would have to build your website from the ground up adding the shortcodes into the Gutenberg edited pages by hand.

There is an option within the Elated Options > Portfolio > Portfolio Single > Portfolio Single Slug for this purpose.

The Events Calendar is a third party plugin however it is bundled with the theme so you will receive it along with the rest of our bundled plugins.

First please make sure that those images do not contain special characters in their titles, this may cause the feature to break.

If that doesn’t help when you add the Instagram Widget in Appearance > Widgets, you should leave the fields blank in order to test its functionality. See image here

However, if it still does not work, you can try using the instagram feed plugin. Here is the documentation for the plugin.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme author, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.

In the following text we’ll explain how the bundled plugins work:

Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon.

Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

this is what I get in plugin section of my wordpress site “To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer. Got Visual Composer in theme?”

and I can’t even edit it no more – it’s just a jibberish code or smth.

That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that. Please ignore the messages stating that you should activate any bundled plugin license.

As for the WP Bakery not working please navigate to WP Bakery Page Builder > Role Manager > Post types and select Custom, then check all of the boxes that appear.

Also, you will have to check the Disable Gutenberg checkbox at WPBakery Page Builder > General settings > Disable Gutenberg editor.

This all should allow WP Bakery to function without any issue and thus you will be able to edit the shortcodes in the backend.

Regarding the Instagram issues, please navigate to:

your-website.com/wp-admin/options.php page

Then find all the instagram fields and delete them:

If you want to change the Instagram account, navigate to:

www.instagram.com and make sure you are logged out.

Then navigate to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram.

- Also note that some web servers don’t allow editing the database through options.php, so you might need to access database directly.

It is possible that you are having this issue because of some changes that Instagram made in their API. Our Instagram widget works fine on our side, as you can see on our demo page, but some customers have had similar issue when they used browser in some non-English language.

Most likely you’re having this issue because of low (server) php resources, try to boost following (MASTER) values on your server:

max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 256M
max_input_vars = 3000

Just contact your hosting provider to do this for you and than try again to import the demo.

Please note that after installing / activating this theme, you need to Install/activate all required plugins like WP Bakery Page Builder, Elated Core/CPT and Slider Revolution (+Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce if you plan to use shop).
