i want to use this theme https://bridge25.qodeinteractive.com/ but when i import the demo i cant find a site with the blog that you are using also ist the like print function not in. how do i get exactly the same themesettings that you are using in this theme. on your demo import 25 is all trimmed to portfolio.

On this page is used Blog Pinterest as page template. If you imported whole demo content you should just assign menu in Appearance > Menus > manage locations and set desired homepage, like it is explained in this part of our Official manual http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/4-quick-setup/4-5-homepage/ and you should get everything the same like on our demo website.

Please note you have to add your email to email from field in Qode Options > Contact page.

If the issue still persists, please try the following:

1) Ask your hosting service does your mail server is enabled for your site? If no they need to enable mail server and you fill fix this problem.

2) Ask your hosting service does SMTP username and pass are set for your site? If SMTP pass and user are set then you need to install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ and there to set these parameters (user and pass) and check again if the problem persists.

I see that there are currently 38 shop demos for Bridge. I have already built my site using one of the non-ecommerce demos a couple of years ago. Is it ok to install Woocommerce etc, or should I start again with one of the shop demos?

It is alright to install WooCommerce afterwards, you’ll just have to add products manually. If you import another demo, all your current content will be lost.

This template supports version 5.2 of wordpress. If I want to use this template to make several websites I must buy licenses for each site. Thank you so much

Yes, our theme supports the latest version of WordPress.

Each installation requires separate license. For example if you install the theme on another domain, you create a new instance. An overview about all licenses can be found here: http://themeforest.net/licenses , but if this article doesn’t answer your question we recommend to contact Envato directly.

I’m not sure whether I did the manual update correctly, but I encountered the error “The site is experiencing technical difficulties” upon update from 17.2 to 18.0.9. Reuploaded the 17.2 version works just fine. What I did was:

1) Extract the zip file of “bridge” theme 2) Using FTP, upload and overwrite the “bridge” folder under theme 3) Extract “bridge core”, “jscomposer” and “layersliderwp” into “plugin” folder

I don’t understand this theme, been looking for hours on how I can add a header, I been looking for information and no luck.

Also on the Bridge site you have 376+ Demos but in the import demo page there are only 252, I can’t find the sportswear demo.

is this a Bug? With Theme Bridge my SSL Certificate doesn’t work. If I deactivate the Core Plugin, the SSL Certificate works great. If I active the Core Plugin, the SSL Certificate won’t work.

​Hi, I have used Bridge before and never had any issues, but with this update have been having a difficult time. The logo disappears randomly, if it shows up at all and on mobile I cannot click on the menu to have it open at all. It will occasionally open on the homepage upon first load, but once I go to another page it won’t let me click on the menu.

I tried entering some CSS that I saw in a public ticket, but that still hasn’t fixed the logo issue.

​I have gone through all the documentation and tried all the options and still my site cannot update to 18.0 and the plugins like layerslider and wp bakery does not want to update. This is ridiculous and I’m not going to pay for a license renewal just because your updates doesnt work!!!!!

There is no need to pay any renewal to get latest theme update. It is just important to follow these instructions: - first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ - then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins. Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too. Everything should be working well. Please, let us know how it goes.

Hi, I just installed the theme and activated the corresponding pluggins, the only thing is that when I try to edit any page it takes me to a blank view with the error code: Failed to load resource: net :: ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING On the other hand, when I deactivate the Bridge Core pluggin, it lets me edit them well.

Hi, I have released that the video box is not displaying the video. When you click on the play button it does not work – you just get a black screen. Using a simple Vimeo video link.
