Hi, just a quick question, I am migrating the site with this theme to a new server but due to bug reasons I will have to reinstall wordpress/woocommerce from scratch, in that case, is it possible to reactivate into the new server or is it tied to IP or some other thing? The domain will remain the same. Thx in advance.

Remove the purchase code and click on the Update button from the admin panel of the old site before migrating. You can use the same code on the new domain in this way.
Hi. I don’t get to enable Flatsome – Advanced – Site Loader. I press save and then refresh, and it bounces back to disabled again.

My Product Tabs Style is set to ‘Sections’ in the Theme > Woocommerce > Product Page settings? Would this make a difference?
Or is my method wrong, I’m simply adding a text link to url #tab-description
All I want to do is get the page to scroll down to the FULL description from a text link in the short description. Exactly like Reviews does.

Yes, you’re right. An id is not added if it’s set as “Sections”. You can use the snippet below to add it manually. Also can change the defined “id” with yours.

I have two identical installations of Wordpress with Flatsome, basically I migrated my website from a server to another. However the second (fortuny.shop/home) is displaying as a default page, while it should look like the original (fortuny.fr/home). I copied all the files through ftp connection and updated the paths in the database from fortuny.shop to fortuny.fr What should I do to make the site look like the original?

Im interested in this but it doesn’t seem to have many elements, are all the elements shown? I am looking for something that can do counters, either up or down, can your theme do that?
Also can the product page be changed, elements added or removed etc. A bit like the A-One product builder (theme was removed recently which is what I was using so looking for a replacement).

Flatsome doesn’t have a counter feature but has a countdown element. Also, you can create your own custom single product page layout with the UX Builder.

Have you ever encountered a problem with a vertical product gallery – because of the animation of the side panel (this one with thumbnails), when in a gallery I have more than 5 pictures, after hovering on thumbnails, entire side menu is shaking. Hello Flatsome Author. Im interesting in buying this theme for my shop, but i have one question before purchasing it.
Is it possible to create different product filters for each product category page. Im Selling speaker, and on the active speakers category page, the product filter should only view sorting options about the speakers from active speakers category, and so on for passive speakers, accessories.

The category filter widget belongs to Woocommerce and it’s not capable of doing that by default. I think you’ll need to use a 3rd party plugin.

1. Does the theme have an option to set a wide and sticky search bar like the one that appears on sites like aliexpress.com ? If yes, will the search bar appear on both mobile and desktop? 1. Flatsome has a Search Box element for that. Please take a look at this demo page. You can also see the sticky header on that page.
2. Flatsome doesn’t have such a feature but you can use a 3rd party plugin.

Is there any way to remove a header from a specific page?
I’ve set a Transparent Header to my Home Page, but, since my Blog Page has a white background, it doesn’t appear.
I know I can choose the regular header for an Article Page, but I can’t see how to do it for the Blog Page.
Anyways, I’d like to have a different kind of header for the blog Page. So, is there anyway to just hide it in this page—so I can create a different one with UX Builder?

Just set the header text color to dark from Flatsome>Theme Options>Header>Header Main -> Text Color and change the page template of the homepage to Transparent Header – light text (it’s under the page attributes setting at the right sidebar of the page editor).

Yes, Flatsome supports RTL. But you’ll need to use a multilanguage plugin like WPML or Polylang to be able to serve your site in different languages.

I need some help regarding the Woocommerce shop. I have run out of my support so i’m hoping you will be able to answer my question.
Within the Customize – Shop (WooCommerce) – Product Catalogue i can only style the category box such as Category Box Style. How can i style the product boxes shown on the Shop page.
when creating a page in the UX Builder I add content where i see all elements within the UX builder, i scroll to the bottom and see, “Shop” this is where i see all the shop elements. I use the element, “Products”, with this element it allows me to select, bounce, normal, overlay, push, label etc and change the layout such as full width row. I use the Bounce effect and change the BG color and text to match my desired theme.
How can I style the products showing on the Woocommerce shop page as stated above.
