First of all I’d like to say fantastic theme! I’d say it’s one of the best I’ve seen on ThemeForest design-wise.
I wonder if you can help me, I purchased this theme a while ago but have only started development in the past month or so due to other projects but I’m having some strange issues with Javascript errors on all variable product pages.
I’m getting the following Javascript error when a variable product page loads:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property ‘src’ of undefined at HTMLFormElement.<anonymous> (woocommerce-theme.js?ver=4.11.3:1953) at HTMLDocument.dispatch (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3) at HTMLDocument.r.handle (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3) at Object.trigger (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3) at Object.a.event.trigger (jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=1.4.1:2) at HTMLFormElement.<anonymous> (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3) at Function.each (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2) at a.fn.init.each (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2) at a.fn.init.trigger (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3) at HTMLFormElement.t.onFindVariation (add-to-cart-variation.min.js?ver=3.6.3:1)
And this error seems to be causing issues with the variation selections: when you select a variation and click “Clear”, nothing happens apart from another javascript console error and also the image doesn’t change when you change variation selections. Also, every time I click on a variation selection, another javascript console error is generated.
So far, I’ve tried deactivating all plugins with the exception of WooCommerce and I’ve also tried activating the parent Porto theme instead of the child theme but whatever I try, the Javascript problem persists.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated as I can’t for the life of me work out what’ could be causing this.

Can you please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If not then please update it and check your site after removing the browser cache. Hope you will not find the issue, Otherwise, we have to debug your site and for that, you have to contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details but after extending your support extension because your 6 months of support period is expired from 22/03/2016. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.
OR you can try/test the latest Theme without any third party plugin on a fresh new WP, you will not find the issue.

Thanks for your reply. I followed your advice and started a fresh WP install with the most recent theme version and created a variable product with different images for the different variations and the problem was gone.
However, when I then imported my previous installs theme options – the JavaScript errors and symptoms reappeared on this test product. I believe disabling the setting “Enable Image Popup” under “WooCommerce > Product Image & Zoom” causes the problems I outlined in my first comment.
I’ve now restored my previous install and enabled the above setting and the problem no longer exists.
Just thought I’d let you know so you guys can have a look for yourself.

It means there is no issue in the Theme but the issue was because of your old Theme Setting which may be because of the third-party plugin or because of your Custom work, So please use the latest Theme on a fresh new Install.

Alot of the themes boast of high rankings in page speed however when tested they fall down into the below 20 range. As an example, your home classic demo scores 48 which is below 50 which I find pretty terrible being a state of the art theme. however – I assume your demos are not configured for speed but for ease and convinience. Therefore, do you have any setups with porto scoring 90+ ?
I love the porto design, but I would love to spare some time from tweaking and rewriting themes if possible to get the results I would like to present my clients. Does this theme deliver in the high end if configured correct? Do you have a link to a install that currently ranks in the 90+ on page speed I could check myself?

It’s 95+, and Porto has the default functionality of Speed Optimization Wizard and you can use that Option for Speeding up your site and also Porto is Super Fast Theme, But the speed depends on many of the Other Factors as well, So you can use any Cache plugin as well.

I see in your demo that when adding to cart on a product page it refreshes the page and not using Ajax, like most modern Themes.

On Shop/Category Pages there is an Option for setting up the Ajax Add to Cart from Theme Options, You can check it on my test site here: http://hubdatasolutions.com/pearl/porto/shop1/shop/
but on single product page there is no Option for setting up the Ajax Add to Cart.

The issue you are facing is because of the PHP version, Your site is using the PHP version below 5.6 which is not compatible with the theme so you have to change the PHP version of your site to minimum 5.6 and also please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest theme minimum requirements as given in the theme documentation here: http://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/

And the issue you are facing is your Google Map API issue, The current URL loading the Maps JavaScript API has not been added to the list of allowed referrers. Please read more about it in the below given Google Map Docs:

Your PORTO theme is still one of my favorites. However I am still running into the woocommerce “passwords do not match” error when I test registration on the site. Your team fixed this for me on another site yesterday by uploading a file and assured me that this is fixed in the latest version. I just did a fresh setup of WORDPRESS and PORTO from scratch without loading any of the demos and the issue is still present. I am interested in buying several more licenses in the next 24 hours, but not until this issue is resolved in the main theme. Please advise. Very disappointing this issue keeps popping up and your technical staff insists on uploading a new file to patch it versus patching the theme itself.
I should also note that I have previously purchased around 6 licenses, referring several friends over to your theme that also bought licenses. Please resolve this ASAP so I can continue using this theme, as its too difficult every time your theme has an update to have to patch every site I am using it on.
