I like this theme very much, but I have a request: is it possible to have the whole the menu open, and not collapsible, in the mobile version? The problem is that I have submenus and sub-sub menus, but also the top item links to a page: in desktop version this isn’t a problem because, if I click on the first item, it opens the page, but in mobile version, if I click on the first item, it opens the submenu. Only if I click again it goes to the linked page, but it’s not what I want (I know that it lands to a page, probably a random user doesn’t). Please, tell me if I can fix this issue. Thank you.

The safer approach to solving this issue is by completely eliminating the links on the top menu items. Indeed, you can use the top menu items as “titles” and set links only to the items underneath. This way the experience will be seamless in both the desktop and the mobile view. Additionally, having a link that directly opens a page on the top menu item, will make the rest of the items unusable on the mobile version.
We have been working on the menu behavior since the day the theme was first released. Some users need only the top menu items; others make heavy use of the submenus. We are trying to keep everyone satisfied (although it’s not always possible) so we believe this is the optimal behavior, at least the one that most people can use. We do not exclude the case to work further on that but for the moment we don’t have any technical solution to offer.
Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, it doesn’t solve my problems: I need submenus and an introductive page. Whatever… Can I link you, in private, another theme that implements this feature also for a mobile menu? When I click on the name of the item it opens the linked page, and when I click on the arrow it opens the sub-menu. I think it’s a very good and intuitive solution. Cheers.

We are working on the next theme updates but we don’t have a release date available yet. The theme was last updated a few weeks ago and it is safe to use in any installation. It includes all the latest components.
Regarding the feature you mentioned, it’s relatively easy to add in any WordPress installation. We are not sure what is the exact implementation you need to achieve, therefore we can’t provide you with a valid response.
yes there is a lot of plugins for registration but it will be more efficient if it is built in with themes thank you

This is a known issue. It is related to Gutenberg and it has been resolved. You only need to update the theme which includes a newer version of WPBakery Page Builder. Just, log in to your Envato account and go to the downloads section; get the latest version of our theme and update your website. Then, the issue will be resolved.

If I enable Fontawesome and Webfont Medical Icons, the file “wp-content/uploads/plethora/plethora_icons.css” is using “Linea Basic (linea-ecommerc)” instead of Webfont Medical Icons
Hello and thank you for reporting this issue. We couldn’t replicate this. What you can try is to visit Theme Options > Advanced > Icon Libraries and click on the reset section button to re-index your libraries.
Hi guys, some of my text links are highlighted and some are not. I like the feature, but can’t seem to get all of my text links to highlight. I have found the code that contributes to this, but cannot figure out why some text links become highlighted while others do not. Can you help?

A list of videos is not supported, you can try adding them manually one by one. With WPBakery Page Builder you can have numerous layouts.

Indeed, any image on a Teaser box uses the teaser title box instead of the alternative text defined by the user on Media. We are not sure if this is wrong though, as it may reflect the actual content of the page in a more accurate way. We are interested in this issue, we’d appreciate if you contact us through our support desk and provide us access to the page of your website where you’ve been hosting those teaser boxes, so we can investigate a real case.
When are we getting WPBakery Page Builder update? They have version 6.0.3 since May 31, 2019 but the theme is still on v5.7 which was release in February 13, 2019. This does not seem right.
By not providing us updates on time, you are leaving our sites open to potential security situations. Even if you are testing for compatibility, 4 months is more than enough to complete testing.

It is true that as of today (June 18th) we haven’t released a new version of our theme; we are still working on it. Note that, it’s not only WPBakery Page Builder we need to maintain compatibility rather than with several more plugins. Regarding security issues, we don’t have any reports about vulnerabilities in 5.7, neither WPBakery has a reference on that on their forums. Therefore we consider the currently installed version safe to continue working with. The latest versions of Page Builder are mostly trying to comply with Gutenberg as the main editor. Also, WordPress has released version 5.2 which introduced a number of changes and most plugin authors are releasing new versions to comply with that. The latest months have been very busy for anyone working in the WordPress ecosystem.
Furthermore, we were waiting for the new version of WPBakery Page Builder (6) to mature so we can have a really stable version to work on. Up to date, we have already successfully tested up to version 6.0.2. The current version 6.0.3 was recently released and we believe this will be the one to include in the new theme version scheduled to be released by the end of the month. Ιf for a reason you are in a hurry to update now, please contact us via support and we’ll provide you with the most recent package we have tested up today.

The WPBakery Page Builder update is included with the theme update. Therefore, we recommend updating to the latest version of the theme, available now on your Envato account. Just log in, download the file and extract its contents locally on your computer. Then locate healthflex.zip and use it to update the theme. Next, follow the onscreen instructions to update (among others) WPBakery Page Builder.
After finishing the updates, check the website. Version 5 of the page builder should be installed and activated. Note that, a newer version may become available after the update. This is normal as we are testing the plugin before including it to the package to ensure it works as expected with our theme. You can continue working with the included version until the next theme update. All the features and the functionality will be there as usual.

Currently, this option is not available. When viewing on a mobile device, the main menu appears when clicking over the hamburger icon. However, you should be able to achieve that with a third party plugin.

How can i add event calendar at the menus (header)

By default, events calendar adds the URL slug “events” to the end of the website address. You can use the full address as a link to a menu item. To review or change the slug go to Dashboard > Events > Settings > Events URL slug. You can also add “month” or “list” to create links to events by month or as a list accordingly
It’s not showing at all on the menus and I don’t have event page among the pages as well?

Assuming you have added and activated the Events Calendar plugin, the page should exist. You won’t be able to locate it on Dashboard > Pages as it is a special page produced by the plugin. Just add the “event” slug in front of your web site’s address and hit enter; then you will be able to review the calendar. When you do, copy the address and add it on a new custom link on your menu.

Quick Links is in fact a Navigation Menu widget, First, go to Dashboard > Appearence > Menus and Add a new menu. After configuring the menu, save it and go to Dashboard > Widgets. Locate the Widget Area X where the Navigation Menu widget is placed and edit the widget. From the drop down list, select the menu you’ve added before and click on Save.
Since you’ve just started deploying with our theme, we recommend reviewing the available options. WordPress has integrated numerous options and the theme brings a lot more. Take some time to review the options; most of them are self-explanatory. After reviewing the options you should be able to achieve any configuration.

Recently all my blog post just disappeared. I rank the health check plugin and disabled all plugins and re-enabled one by one on the twenty nineteen theme. Doing this – the blog post showed up.
When i re-enabled healthflex theme. The blog post disappeared. So it is a theme issue. Have you guys ran into this problem with others, and has there been a fix.

We are not questioning your research but we have a different opinion regarding the performance of a website using our theme. Actually, we performed a test on GTMetrix (again) after sometime we have created the demo and the results were pretty good. We used the main demo. It counted as much as B on the Page Speed score. On YSlow it scored D because we are not (intentionally) using a CDN service and a javascript minifying plugin. If you add them on your website along with a demo of Healthflex, it will definitely score higher. Note that, the overall performance of a website is related to a number of factors.
Regarding the SEO structure, we are following the modern web standards for semantic design to provide the end user a stable base for deploying any website and achieve a good rank on the Google. For best results though, we recommend adding, activating and configuring a plugin like Yoast SEO.

Polylang and especially the free version is not enough for adding multilingual support to a website using our theme as it is missing necessary functions (like string translations). For this reason we don’t officially support Polylang; instead, we recommend adding and activating WPML which is the recommended solution for this theme.
