is Job Search WP Job Board WordPress Plugin is compatible with WPLMS Theme as for job system we are using wp job manager and related plugins
The original job manager needed little code tweak which we have shared in knowledge base, so maybe the addon will also need some customisation. Please post a topic on wplms.io/support and share the details about the addon that you’re using.

The WPBakery theme is out of the date. Could you add the latest version to the theme download files? It won’t let me update in WordPress.

Ive paid for this theme and im using it now but finding it crazy difficult to use. (and I am a web designer)
Everytime i refresh a change it takes minutes to reload the pages. literally taken days to get 2 pages. www.xic.college is the website so far. Any reasons why it would be this slow? (yes i have checked the pictures etc but this is over and above slow)
Also i cant seem to figure out the menu style, they dont work, and or the margins around it?
any advice appreciated before i call it a day.

WPLMS supports both WooCommerce and PaidMemberships Pro plugins. Both of them are meant to collect payments. Do I really need both?
It depends upon you if you want to provide access to all courses in with single purchase for limited period of time then you can use pmpro plugin . IF you are selling your courses individually then you can use just woocommerce .

This theme really does well its job. However, the plugin eventon used for offline courses really slows down the website with its inner join queries. (as aknowledged in my post: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/how-to-decrease-mysql-eventon-queries/ . )Do you guys know when the course curriculum developed in-house will be out? I’m really waiting for this 
Well currently we are dependant on eventon plugin for events . Would suggest you to use database caching if available . You can use w3 total cache plugin for this .

I am planning to buy the ZEROBS CRM (https://zerobscrm.com/) as that seems to fit my requirements. It would be great if you could look at integration possibilities with the same. Given that this crm is a wordpress based crm and has woocommerce support, I assume the integration could be very useful.

Hello, I have a course where revisions are no longer showing up. All courses are showing up except for this course. I’m having a lot of problems every day of things that go away, certificates that appear in another user’s profile, Youtube link with the video lessons that are changed by themselves. I do not know what might be happening, but this is very strange. can you help me?

Youtube link with the video lessons that are changed by themselves : There is no way that can happen , there is no such code written in theme or any of its plugin to change the content of the unit on its own .
To check revisions issue please create a topic on our support forums sharing the admin credentials there in private reply .
Please check if you have enabled caching ,these kind of strange issues generally appears due to caching .
Please check if this is happening because of the security or optimisation plugin you may have added. Clearing out revisions is one of the options in such plugin. The certificates which appear in another user’s profile : this is first such report and we would like to investigate this further.

Hello, please, I need some help to change the information that is displayed on the instructors. I’ve already changed the field information in WPLM> BUDDYPRESS> Instructor Field. But the fields entered do not change when I save the page. I would like to show biographical information and a custom field that I created in profile fields. is it possible to change?

Yes this is buddypress profile field information and you’re editing Wordpress profile fields. The buddypress profile field information can be set by opening user profile and click on edit (only admin and user himself can set these ). To change this information from wp admin panel , edit the user and click on the extended profile tab and then edit the information.
Sorry, I guess I was not clear with my problem. I need to change the fields that are shown in the teacher profile to the users. For example, I do not want to show the linkedin address. I want to show the bio.

Hi VibeThemes, we finally installed the theme and all the plug ins and we tried to install Demo 12, 13 and 14 as they have Elementor but none of them come with the Media (we used Demo Switcher). We watched your youtube video from 2014 but the settings have changed. Can you please help us with directions what to do in order to have a demo the same as on your page. Thanks so much, Nicolas

Enable 1 session per user in wp admin – lms – settings. This way no two logins from same user account can happen.

Can check if the activity is recording ? You can open the user profile – activity area and check for commissions activity.
Hey, in activity area are not being recorded correctly and the values are not showing up anymore. The dates are all recorded as 1 day ago. See http://prnt.sc/ntf1k7 In the woocomerce the commissions have not been registered for almost 10 days. http://prnt.sc/ntf1tr In LMS> settings> commissions> pay commissions, the values teachers should earn are lower than they should because they have not been accounted for nearly 10 days. It looks like it has a bug.
Ok, 1. Check the order completion dates in wp admin – woocommerce – orders this is the date at which the commission gets calculated. 2. The activity should be recorded on commission awarding.
3. Post on wplms.io/support and share a sample instructor and order to verify this as it seems working correctly in our test site.
It worked again today! But from May 3 until May 25 the commissions were not accounted for. But no problem, thank you.
to sync the previous activities please goto wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> functions -> sync areas . There you can find two sync button to sync the commissions activities and its meta . Please click on them .It will migrate your activities .
