Ciao guys,
I have been faced by an strange problem in the card and checking out process in my website. The products that has been added to the card has not been shown properly in terms of quantity or some items missing from the card. Is this problem related to my recent WooCommerce update, or for flatsome, or for the last plugin that I have installed to show my product features (WooCommerce Variation Swatches)?
This is an urgent help request, because I have stopped my online selling for this problem.

Please deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce and check again. If it doesn’t work, switch to the main theme (if you use a child theme) and check again. If it still doesn’t work, most probably something’s wrong on the server side or the cart is cached. Try to clear all cache (plugin, server, browser, etc) and check the console log of the browser for error messages.
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I did all the points that you mentioned before, but to no avail. The problem is still existing and it is being applied only to new user which are not logged in. Please resolve this issue, because we are receiving too many emails from the customers.
It’s not related to Flatsome. Did you check the console log for error messages?
There is no error on the console log. I checked it.

It says that my support is expired, and doesn’t let me ask for help. I don’t need support, because I am sure that this problem is related to the theme, because I had no problem until I updated my WooCommerce version, while I found too many similar problems by others that they decided to downgrade their WooCommerce and their problem solved. Please work on this issue seriously, until it gets viral. Also, I cannot find the post which I have found here for the same problem, I don’t know what happened to them.
Themeforest might not be compatible with the new version of the WooCommerce and you should update the theme at all… (just an idea)
Hi. I found a website that uses your theme: https://holgatebrewhouse.com/ When you first open it the logo appears on a white screen first then the website loads. Is this a feature of your theme? Or have they custom coded that.

Flatsome has a site loader feature similar to that. But seems they use a very old version of Flatsome with the Loft Loader plugin on that site.

Pre-Sale Question(s) – I’m considering your theme for a client website to be used mainly for Cataloque / Get A Quote style website. Do you have a working DEMO where I can see how this works?
Also, my client sells items that require mechanical installation so the Quote Submission must go to their central Sales Department and a Copy to the Specified Branch (9x stores in total). Can the quote forms be setup to support this?

You can switch on the Catalog Mode but will need a 3rd party plugin for additional forms. About the emails, I think it can be easily done with some custom codes.

Hello! First of all thank you for a nice theme for building my shop.
I’ve got a little question that i cant figure out. When i look at the demo off flatsome on the “Full slider cover” it also appears over the menu, but i cant get that feature? I have set the header menu’s to be transparent, but the Banner video still not playing over det navigation menu.
