The theme is very nice an you have a lot of options to customize it. Is very difficult to translate it in another language and there are some big issues that are not fixed. For example is not possibile to send a message or an offer to a user. For me this is a huge bug that must be fixed asap.
The support is very poor, they reply only to the very simple questions but when there is a serious issue they disappear.
I don’t recommend it, a lot of customization work to have something that you cannot use.

Auntion is not available, bidding works just like offers, as per classified concept, no payment involved inside the platform.
After buying your theme i must say it’s a great theme for that price and it’s really worth the money.
But your support is nothing like your theme(its not nice) i have been requesting for customization as there are things i would like to modify but once again your support has not responsive on it.
I believe it’s better for your support to do the customization because they built the theme and they know exactly where to go for any modification.

regular license have same features as extended, regular license can be used for 1 domain and extended license is for multiple domains.
Hi, I saw your theme and wanted to ask If this could be used for creating directory. The issue is the directory I want to create. The plan is I wish to create a resource directory where product/source code scripts can be found and discussed upon while giving reviews as an optional feature I want to create a directory for themes, plugins and Php script. Naturally the map would not be of us to me but I wanted to know if your theme offers claim listing. Since I would not own all source code is there a way to add author to the product/script like adding the author’s name.

After updating to 5.5.7.1, uploading listing images no longer possible. Ticket raised already, but please highlight Ticket #3425 for urgent attention. Users are complaining!

This is not funny to me. I even restored the site to the previous state still no luck. Please create channel for urgent support. This your 2 – 3 days timing is not helping matters at all. You can’t keep someone’s site down for 2 days. My subscribers want to post ads and they are complaining. Am losing revenue pls.

Pre purchase questions Hey great looking theme but before purchasing I need to ask some questions.
1- Do we have to use visiual composer ? Can we cancel out it ? 2- Can we create as many levels deep categories as we want ? Right now I can see only 2 levels deep. 3- Can we add new payment methods via Woocommerce ? 4- Can admin define which info he can get based on different categories from posting ad listing ? 5- How can we see the admin side ?

2) depended on design some design allow only up to level 2 and some design with child categories in popup video allow more child level.
3) yes you can add any woocomerce payment gateway
4) yes you can create content fields based on categories
5) you can visit frontend user panel but not wp admin panel.
AS per above comment, the sites Demo ones and mine are all loading slow..
And already mentioned in all coments that contact support channel, issue is due to a font library slow response which will be resolved as soon as possible.

Have you updated to 5.5.7.1? There is no more issue regarding slowing down factor.
These theme is just too slow !!!! it takes a long time to load why is that ?? You need to fix these asap Designinvento coz people wont wait for the site to load for a long time.. No they just wont do that

Just installed a fresh wordpress and your theme – Please note: This is no content jet and no traffic to the site!!! – I have a very fast server but my new site with Your theme have a Score 3 of 10 on google PageSpeed Insights ► http://bit.ly/2HV62hk – This theme is a SUPER SLOW!!! Please fix this asap or I will return this purchase – I really like this theme and options included but with this speed load i a waste my time and money

I already do this – No replay jet – Also I installed Total Cache Plugin – the score go from 3 to 16 (of 100) but site still loading supper slow

I purchased this theme this afternoon but like many other users I’m not happy with the speed and I’m thinking about asking for a refund. I’m surprised as this is a fresh wordpress installation and I do not have a slow internet connection. I am however willing to let you improve the speed of the site.
I also opened a ticket so let’s see how you handle this. Once again, I see that your customer service is not the best. At least from the comments above.

I’m sorry but one full minute to open the page of an empty website is not normal. There is no problems with the 2 working days but with so many hype around your product I was expecting a final product and not something under developpement. I tried with a cache plugin and did not help. Looking forward for a solution.
