Hello, I am having an issue now where all visitors get a plain white screen. They are not able to see the site at all. However when I login to /wp-admin, I am able to see the entire site. It appears to be a theme issue since when I activate another theme, the issue is resolved. Already disabled all plugins and no luck. Can someone help me ?

Hello, you have a very good theme with a few navigation issue “I think”. It would have been easier to upload an album (all tracks) in a multiple upload field rather than going to you account and uploading each song. sometimes you can easily mix up songs. Plus the front-end upload has less options, you can’t specify album or song type, you can’t set it to be free or premium. You can’t set genre, you have to login to your admin dashboard to set all that. Maybe I’m not using it well if that’s that case then I will be glad to have some directives. thanks

Okay thanks, how about assigning tracks to artists? I realized that you can’t create a single artist and assign many tracks to that artist. Each time you want to upload a track or tracks of that artist, it creates a new artists of same name. this give search an issue because users want to click on a single artist and fine all his/her songs on that artist’s page rather than having to search each song separately. I think you giving your customers this feature for free will help especially in you next updates.Thanks

thanks, and I think making the player automatically play similar songs according to genre, and upload date, it will be awesome. for example if you put one song in queue, when it finish playing, it should automatically play other songs of same genre.

I told you of the Major issues with Elementor and that the Sticky Sidebar will not install. After days….you went in my account and offered a solution to fix the Sticky Sidebar issue. I implemented the solution….nothing changed!! Neither did you even address the matter of the chaos caused with Miraculous and Elementor. So if after going into my account you still do not know what’s happening, or how to fix the problem, then is it not best that I run now rather than suffer forever with your software???? People don’t buy software to spend forever addressing problems with them. It’s either you know what’s wrong or you don’t? Either you can fix it or you can’t? If you can’t….then please immediately refund my money.
Hopefully you got reply from support team, they have sort the issue with the sticky bar and for demo data you need to enable zip archive option on your server.
