We have an active Nouveau theme. I installed WPdiscuz plug in and followed all the instructions but the plug in does not show, I was told to contact you to add this function in template files <?php comments_template() ?>

We are using 3 themes: Brick, Noveau and Kudos. When will there be further updates. Plugins are not newest version and themes are not compatible with actual version of wordpress. Kudos not updates since July 2019!

At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.
But if you need an immediate update of any of the plugins, you can always send us a mail to helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com providing your purchase code in it, and one of our support agents will provide you with latest versions.

I updated this theme and now the theme options are all gone from the side menu and the logo has gone back the nouveau theme logo as well it has blown away my homepage slider.

load more is displayed with the extension visual composer portfolio list but it has not been translated into the theme. I can maybe translate it directly on the theme file it is in the function.php

Hi there – I don’t have a support plan right now but I have a problem on a site that may be due to an issue with the theme itself.
I have had a coder look at the issue and he feels it is a problem with the Nouveau Theme.
I would be willing to renew support if this is something we did wrong, but at this time we are not convinced that this is the case.
The coder has listed the following issues based on his analysis and the debugging messages:
The Nouveau theme contains bugs
1: It is an issue with theme core files 2: The core issues are in your theme’s select slider 3: Your theme is eating lots of memory without any reason (it’s not other plugins. it’s only in theme)
Can this be fixed and a new release of the theme offered? My client’s site is down currently because of it.
Or even a temp fix we can apply?
I can give you site access if you need it to look at it all.
Hi there – just hoping for a response on this. 
I really just need to know if this is something we did or if it is a bug in the theme? If we did it I will spring for the support but if it is a theme bug, I don’t think we should have to buy a support package.
Either way, it would be kind of nice to get at least a response. 22 hours and I still haven’t heard a thing – what could I expect if I got a support package?!

I had started the contact on Friday, but I hadn’t thought about time zone differences, so my apologies if that was the case. I am assuming so at this point.

I believe the issue is with Select Slider. I have added a fair number of sliders and slides to it, and things were going fine until the last few days I was working with it.
It started slowing down, and then eventually stopped working, giving me the errors mentioned in the above messages.
I tried updating the theme and plugins but it still didn’t work. There were no options for directly updating Select Slider – it appears to be built into Nouveau.
The Select Carousel still seems to work. In fact, all other parts of the site in the back end seem to work fine.
I had our hosting company restore a backup of the site to a few days prior – just to when the issues started.
I tried working on the slideshows again but had the same issues as I did before the backup restoration.
I hired a coder who specializes in Wordpress to look things over and he has fixed all of the problems except the Select Slider issue – also listed above. He says it’s a bug in the theme and you guys should be fixing that.
He updated to the latest version of the theme at that time, I believe.
The site is in maintenance mode at this point.

Also, Select Slider is Custom Post Type which is included within the Select Core Plugin so please check if you have your theme and its plugins up to date as per our previous instruction.

The coder tells me site is updated, and the maintenance mode is off now – you may have to refresh a few times to get he site to show up. If you have any trouble, please let me know.

You should know that we can not guaranty compatibility with those plugins as they have not been tested, so I would kindly ask you to try to disable those plugins that did not come with the theme so you can test if some of them are causing a conflict. As well you or your developers can try to debug following the instructions from our article. As well as this is something that we do not encounter on our end testing the theme on our side, so I would kindly ask you to test the suggestions we have provided and if you still endounter issues please submit a request at our help center and our support team can investigate this further more on your end.

We have already gone through the turning on and off of the various plugins to test everything. The developer provided results after doing all of the basic tests and beyond. I will relay your reply to him for further comment.
Please note, we not having a problem with the site until we started adding more slides and sliders to the Select Slider. All plugins except for Nouveau Core were deactivated a few times and the problem persisted. Also, when the theme is changed to a default theme the issue is alleviated.
I can’t use the help center because I would have to have a support license to do so, and I am still not convinced the issue is our doing.
I have sent your reply to our developer in the meantime.
If there is an email I can use to send you further access info for the site so you can look at it further, let me know what it is and I will send the info your way for further examination if you are willing.
With regards to the link you sent regarding debugging, those errors had already been fixed.

Yes, that is the error – you can usually get by that by refreshing the browser window a few times. I will send you the necessary info.
I noticed the theme version in the back end listed as 4.1, which I believe is the latest version.
I just sent you the access info via email. If you have any trouble with the backend, just try refreshing the browser window. You may need to send me your IP address so that our hosting service can whitelist you for the CPANEL access if you can’t get into it.

There is no sharing option for Instagram generally. There is only an option to upload an image to your profile and the option to share something from Instagram. This is why our sharing functionality does not include Instagram as well.

We do not have a calendar functionality within the theme, however you could use the default Calendar widget and place it within the desired widget area. Some styling issues may occur, however, once you purchase the theme you can contact our support team to provide you with simple custom CSS code to style certain elements you need changed.

It is a clean install with only the recommended plugins. When I try to run the import, it reloads the page withing 1 second and nothing is done… Can you help? Thx!

Hi, I just posted a ticket but this is an urgent issue i hope you can assist urgently with – I just updated to your latest version and the logo has disappeared from the nav bar (this has happened before about a year and a half ago and I have custom css which is supposed to fix it) and my blog page is not loading blogs. After all the recent updates, we see that the slider on the home page and the logo is not coming up. Link https://www.matalan-me.com The problem is only on the home page and not on any other page.

Your support TICKET system is NOT working, I tried twice, when you click SUBMIT nothing happens at all. My question is : I’m not finding ANYWHERE to see what the font used in this theme is for the headings – the slightly slanted one.
