Hi, I bought your theme because I would like to change my current theme. My aim is to avoid using page buliders. I have got performance issues and I believe it is because I am using Visual Composer. Now I have a doubt: is it possible to use your theme without page bulider or with Elementor? What is the impact if I do not use your page builder? Thanks , Oroz

We have a custom pagebuilder with the theme that’s very lightweight compared to rest of pagebuilders and that’s the only one we support for building the homepage. 1. Yes, RTL and Arabic is supported but you will have to translate a few theme words to Arabic yourself.

Hi the thing is I don’t want an ad to appear there, I want to place my own banner and that’s what does not show. A plain image, either with a text widget either with the Bunyad Advertisement, nothing appears.

It’s not tested with PHP 7.3. Further, you only need to use this plugin if you actually use it create custom sliders. None of the sliders on our demos need this. For further support, please create a topic at our Support Forums.

An update was promised for May 2019, then June 2019… and then apparently it’s not coming. This is too bad. It was a reliable theme but it’s been way too long since the last update.

Our roadmap for the “feature” update was changed and a new ETA isn’t available right now. The current version is fully compatible with latest version of WordPress. Releasing an update is not necessary right now as it’s already compatible and does not have any issues. It’s already tested and many customers are on latest versions.
Are you looking for any specific features or is something not working for you? If it’s the latter, please create a topic at our Support Forums as everything works just fine with latest WordPress v5.2+.
As for next “feature” update, we will release the it base on our roadmap but we don’t have an exact ETA at this time – we’ll post about it at our support forums when we have an exact date.

First of all I love this theme. I’ve been using this since 5 years now. I noticed that the last available update was on 28 May 2018. Do you plan to release a new update in the future and if yes, when? If not, why? The software (WordPress) version is only up to 4.9. The latest WordPress is 5.2.2 already. Thank you for your answer!

Yes, I agree that the theme works well with the latest version of wordpress, with the exception of the editor. It would also be nice if you could somehow make it a bit ligher – there s quite a lot of resources required, and I’m not talking about any additional user plugins, but the ones necessary for the theme to work properly !

Sorry we haven’t tested the Thrive Architect plugin so cannot confirm on that. As for WordPress versions, yes it’s compatible with WP 5.1.x and v5.2+ – to build homepage using the page builder, Classic Editor plugin has to be installed but other posts and pages can use Gutenberg as well.

I also switched to the classic editor, as the Gutenberg editor wasn’t working.
But next to the ‘add media’ button it says ‘undefined’ in stead of an editor choosing button… Does the theme also have problems with the classic editor?

For normal posts and pages, both Gutenberg and Classic Editor work fine. Classic Editor is only required for building the homepage with Page Builder. So this issue is most likely from a plugin conflict. Try to disable all the plugins first other than Sphere and Bunyad plugins. Further, please create a topic at our Support Forums and our tech team will check it out for you.

With ONLY Bunyad plugins and Disable Gutenberg activated, it still says “undefined”.

Are you planning to support this topic? If not, then why promise people that there will be support? Already more than a year has passed and there is no update and no !!! This is misleading for new customers, and then they face difficulties !!! When will the update? for which I paid $ 35 last half a year – and what’s the point of paying for support – if a year has passed and there is no update. If it continues like this, then many will begin to look for an alternative and forget about you as a terrible dream! you do not need customers? and sales?

We have a custom page builder for this theme mainly used for building the homepage. It does work fine with WordPress 5.0+ but we recommend using Classic Editor as that’s required for the homepage editing. You may use Gutenberg for some posts/pages and Classic Editor for homepage only if you wish to. The Classic Editor plugin has a setting to set the default and alternate editor, or to use both at the same time.
