How can I display User Page button? I switch on the User Page function in Header but it not dislay.
Try to disable it, save, and enable again.

Which login method are you using? if the “workscout” you need to select User page in Customize -> Login/Registration Options, if WooCommerce, you need to have My Account page set in WooCommerce settings

Update your theme if you haven’t and updated WPBaker to latest version (you might need to deactivate it, update from Appearance -> Install Plugins, and activate again) and in WPBakery Page Builder settings there’s option to disable Gutenberg. Or simpler option – install https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/
Please renew support for WorkScout as your support period has expired.
I was told this theme is not Gutenberg ready, because some Gutenberg features are missing, e.g full width control for blocks is missing and other build-in capabilities from Gutenberg. Will the next update in June be Gutenberg ready and provide Gutenberg controls like full width?
It’s not Gutenberg ready but we will have to add basic Gutenberg compatibility according to new Envato theme requirements
Hello… since the pricing of google maps increased drastically last year, I think only 28,000 shows a month instead of around 150k or whatever it was, are there plans to add any additional map apis to the template?

Yes they are, in June there will be a big update for WorkScout with OpenStreetMap support and few others (based on Leaflet)

Sorry, the jQuery Version in my workscout 1.12.4, latest update of this jQuery version is from 2016. Is this not a security risk to use a outdated javascript library? Are there plans to update the jQuery within Workscout to a modern and more secure and more performing (speed) version?
jQuery is loaded via WordPress not by our theme. Thats the version that you get with WordPress installation

I found another package included within the theme which is very outdated. It is the core css based on Skeleton by Dave Gamache (www.getskeleton.com). This CSS repository is not updated since 5 years and has a lot of open issues. I have improved the css of responsive.css for mobile and small devices within workscout, yesterday. If you (the author of workscout) is interessted send me a message and I’ll send you the updated / fixed css code.
It themes the theme does not support the latest PHP versions 7.2, nor 7.3.

Yes it will be updated in big update in June, the OptionTree library we used in WorkScout was abandoned and we’re going to move it to cmb2.

We’re swamped with support lately and it takes 80% of our time, If I missed your question then I’m sorry, but you support period has expired and we prioritise questions from users with active support period. There are no issues I know of in Latest WP or WooCommerce, but there will be big update for WorkScout in June to meet new theme requirements on Envato
Hi! There is a problem with Apply for job form. I bought recommended Applications plugin. I registered as an Employer and added a ney job. But the button Apply for Job isn’t active.
But if I’m creating a new job from my admin account – everything works well.
What’s wrong?
Maybe the job you’re trying already expired or the applications are closed?
i just added the job. It will expire in 30 days. I didn’t close the applications from my side. If it maybe a default setting where I can change it?
as I said – there is no problem if I do the same (create a new job) from the admin account

1 – The administrator user has the option to approve jobs or vacancies before being shown on the site as public. 2 – Is the sale made through the woocommerce plugin? 3 – A candidate or employer when registering has the option to receive notifications by email that there are new vacancies or candidates that meet the requested requirements. 4 – Do you have any section or section for featured ads or that pay an extra at the normal price?

I have another question. How it may be that after last theme and plugins update my desktop version is showing nicely with customization, but on the mobile it shows default theme. Also it is weird that once looking through other systems on desktop it shows that it should be all fine with customization including your provided mobile preview function when going into WP admin-> Appearance->customize. Thank you for support.

After entering details in search field either with keyword, category or location the output result is very slow and the table looks broken until it loads. Is this something can be updated or fixed? Also after last update when choosing a job package already in a process one can see some titles but prices are not shown as well as descriptions for some product categories. Is this something affected by theme or woo-commerce?

I’ll try to specify. The browse jobs page with job lists is loading slow. And Job packages I am speaking about are in section 4 described Job flow where some packages are shown correctly and some with the radio field bold are shown, but price and text is missing. What has changed at release May, 2nd? The changelog does not mention this date.
Only WooCommerce update
It seems this theme is not compatible with latest software, as it is described in the overview, plugin is compatible only with:
- WordPress 5.0.x, but latest Version is 5.2.x
- Visual Composer 5.1.x, this means WPBackery Page Builder, latest Version 5.6
- WooCommerce 3.2.x, latest Version 3.6.x
Using latest software version is an important topic of security! Why is the plugin not updated to support latest version of plugins used by this theme?
