Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPs if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPs from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible as if you want to use the same Theme on 10 different sites/domains you have to purchase the 10 different licenses of the Theme, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Hello I updated the theme and i have some problems regarding the updated theme at the last update. First the customize option does not appear anymore. In the Advanced option the woocommerce settings disapear. In Skin section the compile CSS does not apear anymore. I have a problem also with woocommerce in the website like i cannot asign new atributes to the products,when i select atributes to the product page and i save the option,the atribute disapear.

1. Regarding the customize options, It is not disappeared, you just hide it and you can easily take it back again, Now if you hover over Porto you will find (Theme Options) and (Advanced Options) right, So if you click on Theme Options it will take you to the Live Theme Options Panel as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNS4ld.png
and under Live Theme Options Panel you will find all the Theme Options, and If you go to Advanced Options, you will find only a Couple of Options as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNSSiI.png
that is all, the customize options are not disappeared but only changed its places, But if you do not like this you can simply change it to the old Theme Options by clicking on the old panel button as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNV6gj.png
Then all of the Theme Options will again come back as old Theme Options and the Advanced Options will disappear as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNVJZD.png
and now if you want the Live Theme Options back again then you can simply switch it by cliking on the Live options as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNWdHP.png
This is how it workes, Hope its all clear now.
2. Regarding assign new attributes to the products, I have just tested it at my end and it is working perfectly fine at my end, Please make sure that you have updated the Theme required/recommended plugins as well and also updated the WooCommerce database as well, If not then please update those, and also please once check after deactivating all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache, hope you will not finds the issue otherwise we have to debug your site and for that you have to contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details but after extending your support extension your 6 months of support period is expired from 16/06/2017. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hello again, The problem is that the Live Theme Options Panel does not appear after i hover the Porto and select Theme option, a blank page opens in browser without any settings and stays like that .The images you sent me there are not available anymore when i open the links you provide .

Good theme. We are just wandering if you have support for imagekit (imagekit.io) or a similar image service on your list. We have a large number of product images with differences in aspect ratio and quality. Today, Woocommerce requires a lot of manual image workover, so we intend to use imagekit. Do you have such a service on the roadmap or will we need to find a different solution?

Sorry to say that but we have not tested this with the latest Theme nor this is included in the third party plugins list confirmed from our end, So you have to make it possible using Customization, or you can finds any other way if possible, If you want us to Customize the Theme files for you then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.

Porto doesn’t support social login feature yet. So please add support / compatibility at least one social login plugin like “codecanyon WooCommerce Social Login”. I assume that will be a great help of your all porto customers.

Thanks for sharing the suggestion/feature request with us, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Hello, I know that this question could be asked in the past but I cannot find it. My main page layout is – WIDE BOTH SIDEBARS. Now I wont to make one additional page that will have page layout – WIDE WIDTH.

Yes, you can set only one page to the required layout. Please edit the particular page and scroll below you will find view options, under view options you will find “Layout & Sidebar” option, Just check it true, and then a new Option will appear named as “Layout” and you can choose/set the particular page Layout as per your requirements from there, Please see this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhEpAST.png
