Hello, I have a issue with the post order. I use a content block to make the portfolio layout as i want. I order the posts in a way that works great when i preview the content block, but i want to see them in the portfolio index they always show in the order by date way. Is there somewhere that the order is set globally?
Hi Maxim1985! If you are using the Content Block with the Automatic Query the order is the one native of WordPress, in few words when you use this method you can use the Posts module to apply the visual part but the query revert back to the original of WP.

Unless you want to create your custom codes no. If you find a plugin that alters the native query of WP this will reflected also in the page created with Uncode and the Content Block method with Automatic Query,

Yes, I found the content block which is linked to the page. I clicked on header settings there on scrolled down and didn`t find the sentence “A clean layout for a stylish e-commerce”. It is very strange, because the content block does not even appear at the main page. The main page only shows the featured image, not the content block. But the content block is linked at “header”. I think the sentence must be somewhere else. Also I found out that I can change the first title above “A clean layout for a stylish e-commerce”. It was the page name.

I tried to install Uncode Theme, I could not register it, the field is greyed out. On “Frontend Stylesheet” I tried to add my ftp data to proceed. But there it says: “Fatal error: Call to a member function put_contents() on null in /www/htdocs/w0138aa4/elshinegems.com/wp-content/themes/uncode/core/inc/admin-pages/welcome.php on line 173 The site is experiencing technical difficulties.” After I press proceed it says: The requested URL /www/htdocs/w0138aa4/elshinegems.com/wp-content/themes/uncode/library/css/ was not found on this server. Can you help me please?
Hi Tobias1985! The problem is that you don’t have to insert any FTP detail in the System Status (Registration) page, the page should look like this: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000718649
If here you have FTP logins request is because your server has wrong permission applied.
The most simple fix is to open the file wp-config.php at the root of your installation and insert this line (generally after the debug or wp memory declaration):

Hi, I am looking for change in uncode theme search page. I am using third party search plugin to perform filter and then it will display search results on theme default search page. But the search page layout is not good. It is displaying username instead i want to display User’s Firstname. I have already contacted search plugin(Ajax search pro) developer. They have replied like they can’t do anything as the search page is coming from theme default setting. Sorry for the issue. I’m trying to replicate it. What did you use to clone the post? “Duplicate Post” plugin? Since I tried with that and I din’t encounter any problem, I can easily change the portfolio details, for instance.
I also see you use a cache plugin. Could you confirm the issue isn’t related to that please?

Hi! This is exactly what is written in the field “Taxonomies (Portfolios and Products)”, in fact in WP this is properly a taxonomy (pretty similar to category but a bit different).
I want to create a website where subscripted users have access to personalized content. At the moment of the subscription of each user I will generate a personalized content that I need to save into the db. Each user, when accesing his personal space, will see his personal content generated before. Before purchasing a new licence I need to know if it is possible to do what I need with Uncode. Thank you
Hi umbisvalt! This is not a feature of Uncode (and of none of the multi-purpose WordPress themes). This is something really specific and themes are responsible for the visual aspect. You need to rely on a dedicated plugin. I think you can find something that can sweets your needs, ex: MemberPress, LearnDash, Restrict Content Pro…

Is there anyway to update the theme? I am using a child theme… and normally i can use the envato market plugin, or just go straight to appearance > themes and update there, however that isn’t showing up with this. Any help? My theme is 1.8.0. I would like to update!
