Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

I am afraid we do not have the HTML templates available for any of our demos, they are created directly on WordPress using Avada and Fusion Builder options.

This is what we did a couple of days ago. We changed the blog layout from Masonry to Medium. However, until now our website is still not responding (It is still showing in Masonry layout even when it is now in the Medium layout option.)
Basically, our principal problem is we want to be able to submit a ticket for support to fix the problem with the system. In order to do so we have to have an activated Themefusion Account (which requires us to register our purchase code). Unfortunately, the purchase code was registered to the ThemeFusion account of the person who initially set up our website. So how do we activate our own ThemeFusion account? We want to do this without creating any unwanted changes to our Website.
Our main question is exactly what Zalune(comment below) said it is. How can we register the purchase key to our own account if the purchase key is registered to the email address of the person who set up the website?”

When I create a portfolio, I notice that when I click on an image, the thumbnails appear to the right of the image and the scrolling vertical. How to I make the thumbnails appear below the image and have the scrolling horizontal like on your demo page?
Also, how do I disable the background in a portfolio image from being clickable? If there is no page related to it, it comes up as a 404. I only want the magnifying glass to be clickable.

I bought this theme a while ago but only installed Woocommerce on it this weekend after using a different system previously. I’m using the Clean layout and noticed that the Paypal button is aligned oddly on the basket page, and even worse on mobile view, it goes behind the “proceed to checkout” button. Anyone else have this, and have they got round it?

You would need to modify the JS in the theme to do this. While this can be done you can always use anchors and negative margins to a container that is holding it

For “Box Layout” how do I disable the animation that is triggered by scrolling for “Timeline Vertical” layout? I want the timline to load (appear) without any animation or the need to scroll to that section of the page for it to begin appearing.

Hello,
we’re using your theme since several years already in many sites we build for our clients. Your theme is amazing! We’re looking forward to the front end editor when it comes out in version 6! That’s what Avada was missing! Great addition!!! 
I’ve noticed that when you disable the footer on a page (for a landing page for example), the Avada cookie bar doesn’t show up on that page. Please have a look at it. If you think this should be sent on a Support Ticket, I’ll do it. Probably this could be solved with a Fusion Patch…
Also the Avada cookie bar doesn’t show up if Hotjar is enabled on a page (heatmap active for a specific page). Strange…
We’ve tested it on incognito windows and different devices/browsers with the same results.
