Does the theme Mercury include a license for Layer Slider and Elementor Pro? Reason I am asking is that I am asked to take over maintanance of a site that uses the Mercury theme and the site is using both Layer Slider and Elementor Pro. License is bought by the previous webdesigner and not available to the siteowner. We will buy a new license but doe that include Elementor pro?

Just purchased the theme. So the question about Elementor is now obsolete. Elementor It is not included. But Layerslider is an older version. I will submit a ticket for this.
Hello, six days ago I created a ticket in your support system. Untill now there is no response.
The Layerslider plugin that is included in the theme is a old version.Version 6.9.2 where the actual version is 7.15.1 The lastest comment here, 2 years ago,also mentions that same old version.

After 5 months an answer: “Thank you for purchasing.” But ThemeGoods won’t update LayerSlider
The theme is sold with LayerSlider bundeld. But you will have to buy your own license for LayerSlider.

Normally you can use all basic function of Layer Slider plugin you saw on demo site.
However you have to purchase separated license for Layer Slider if you want to use the latest version of it since it’s removed from Themeforest site so I can no longer download its update. Thank you for your understanding.
your template doesn’t work with php versions since 8 and the layer slider plugin is outdated.

Gutenberg blocks don’t work with this theme. I only see classic editor. I have not installed classic editor plugin. My WP version is 6.2 and theme 2.3 … what to do ?
My Provider want me to update to php 8.1 …unfortunately the Theme does not run after this update. Can I do changes easily by myself to fix this issue? Or Can I install a new version of this Theme (Mercury photography)?

Will the home page auto run a self hosted video? I notice your preview uses Vimeo but I prefer self hosted. I need the video to auto run and not wait for the viewer to click the play icon

With the last version of Mercury Theme (2.3), in Theme Setting only the sections GENERAL and SKINS are visible. All other sections are empty, view image attached!
Theme Setting page also shows javascript error “jQuery(...).sortable is not a function”, beacuse rm_script.js file has not set jqueri-ui-sortable dependency. Please fix it!!!

You can install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ then you should be able to upload and update theme via Appearance > Themes.
I purchased the theme years ago and keep running into trouble. I keep getting a “fatal error” in the “skins” menu of www.livingdreams.tv. I do not want to renew the support and pay money AGAIN, i just want the theme to work as it should. I cannot change any fonts or whatsover. I haven’t installed any new plugins. PLease let me know how to fix the fatal error as soon as possible.

There is an update to layer slider that is not in the download files. when will that be updated as the older version is not compatible with the newest php.
