Hello, I will release an update tomorrow with this situation fixed when the navbar is white. For now, you can use this CSS code added to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

you can do that, but there can not be 2 categories with the same slug. One of then will be interior-design-2, or you can set an other unique slug for it.

I would not recommend to remove it completely, you can change the in the Settings > Permalinks, giving it just a /c for example.

Because it can cause conflicts with pages, there is not guarantee that something will not go wrong in future. And it is just logical to have category as /c or /jobs or something else in my opinion.
If you still want to do that – try these options. Here is also an official tutorial, but it doesn’t contain the solution for your case.

Am I able to see all the pages – login screens, candidate account page, employer account page, register pop-up screen etc. – while I’m building the site and while the site is in the maintenance mode?
I just bought another theme that forces me to be logged in as an employer all the time so I can never see the candidate backend, for example. It also does not show me any of the pages I listed above. I need to see what these pages look like regarding fonts, colors, layouts etc. before the site goes live.

I think it is a matter of how maintenance mode is configured, what solution or which plugin you are using. You can make it any way you want. Getting that in count, I don’t think you need to choose a theme based on how it work in that mode, but on your overal feeling. I don’t see a problem in the situation that you described.

Hi, Thanks for a quick reply.
I am using SeedPro Maintenance Mode at the moment.
The problem I’m having with the current template is that it forces me to be logged in as Employer – which does not make any sense to me. I am only building the site, right? And in this kind of situation I am not able to see the login pages, register pages, candidate backend, profile page etc. Unless I disable the maintenance mode, take the site live and pretend I am either Employer or Candidate. However – the site is obviously not ready to go live that’s why I need to keep in in maintenance mode. So as of now it looks like this: I make some change in the candidate profile, (for example font, color, translation, banner, background picture), then I have to disable maintenance mode, take the site live, check if everything is OK, enable maintenance mode back again and go to the next step. Very very cumbersome and tiring. It’ll take me five times longer to build the site this way than if I was able to review all these changes while the site is still in maintenance mode.
To be honest I’ve never seen this kind of behaviour before and I’m running 10 sites at the moment built on 7 different templates…

I see. Jobseek uses WP Job Manager and its addons system. It doesn’t matter which role you are logged in – admin, employer or candidate by default can access all pages wothout limitations. I make a conclusion that other theme you are using is a custom solution instead of plugin based. You will not have such problems in case with Jobseek.
Hi there, I’ve got a few pre sale question before buy it : I’m a temporary job agency so I need to know if it’s possible to delete the companies/employer option. I want to manage from the back office and post job by myself. Also, we are a team managing the website so I would like that different users could manage differente job application. to be clear, when someon I’ve applied to a job the user receive and email but not all users, only the only one assigned. 1, 2, 3) yes it is compatible with all WP Job Manager compatible addons. Some of you listed are even used in our advanced version of the demo.
4) it is fully controlled by the addon: https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/job-alerts/ . I’m not sure that even if you have WPJM Geolocation addons installed, it improves alert option with the radius – I don’t see a special field, but I have all them installed. Only the plugin author can confirm that.
5) autocomplete for the job title fields, or for the location field? Location fields autocomplete is possible – you can see in the demo. But the title autocomplete is not implemented by default and will require customization.

No, we don’t. Maybe you could describe what is the purpose of your project, and why you need to use a BP? Honestly, I never tested the theme with BP, so I don’t know how they will work together, especially in connection with WP Job Manager.

Hi, I need your help because WPBakery Visual Composer doesnt work with your demo data. I have installed your theme and all plugins from extended version. I have already tried to work it out by my own: reinstalling wordpress 5.1.1 and uploading Visual Composer files again through FTP – it didn’t help.

I am also not the first with problems? And I am getting tired of every 5 star theme, which you all ask for rating… It says ONE CLICK demo, I didnt get what I want. So what is your solution? Rating or solution of problem?
Looks like you don’t have job categories and job tags enabled in the Job Listings > Settings, and Job Alerts addon is not installed. Which is about installing and configuring plugins. All above does not mean that import if failed, just some parts of it are skipped.
If you really dislike the theme, you can always ask for a refund.

No. You write what we “don’t have” and nothing, how to solve this? We have all plugins installed and activated. Now what?
Please create a support ticket, post your site URL, and WP dashboard details, if you can. I will find a reason of that is wrong. It’s not constructive to be just angry. If you want to to solve the problem and go forward then lets do, otherwise I do not see a point to continue this “battle”. If something doesn’t work in 1 click, then there is a reason for that. I don’t care even about 1 star rating, its not the first one, and not the last one. I just want to turn this situation into good for both of us.
