Hi, i would like to use Elementor plugin instead of wp bakery , these plugin is full compatible with xstore theme? Can I disable wp bakery plugin without any problems ? Regards

XStore is compatible with the Elementor, some our customers use this builder instead of the WPBakery. Our demo content is created using WPBakery but keep in mind that you need to build content using only one builder, don’t try to edit page that was created by WPBakery using Elementor. Elements that were added using WPBakery plugin will be just text for the Elementor and you need to build all the pages from scratch.

You can disable the WPBakery plugin if you don’t need base demo content of the included pages (home page, contact us, about us etc) and plan to build them using Elementor. If you build new page you can use only 1 page builder, you can’t mix the builders while create page content.

The fixed header is generated automatically by the script. There is no option to change this, by default. You can try to achieve the desired result by additional customization (additional customization is not included in our support).

It could be 3 reasons of the problem:
1) You did not activate theme using purchase code
2) Conflict with some third-party plugin that you also installed that change the link to the plugins installation page. Do you have access to Appearance > Install Plugins?
3) Your user has limited permissions.

3: yes (when there is a plugin not activated or installed yet), and no (when all plugin is activated).
when there is no plugin to activate i’get the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” i thought the page show only plugins related to the theme?

I’m not sure if understand you correctly. Do you have 2 different problems:
1) Don’t you have the option in the backend to create post/page? Provide screenshot for better understanding, please.
2) There is no q-ty option. How many copies of this product on stock do you have? If you have only 1 item on the stock you won’t get +/- buttons because it’s not possible to add more product to cart if only 1 available. In case you have more than 1 copy on stock but don’t have q-ty provide link to this product and tell me what version of our theme and WooCommerve plugin do you use?
