Just wanted to confirm a few things in regards to Jupiter X compatibility with
1. JetCompareWishlist 2. JetSearch 3. Can I purchase the licence for all Jet Plugins and add to the theme?
Please do reply as soon as possible as we are looking to use this theme for a WooCommerce Website.

We didn’t test these plugins with the theme, and we can’t guarantee full compatibility. We included only some of Jet plugins: https://help.artbees.net/getting-started/plugins/bundled-plugins . Anyway, if you want to use all Jet plugins, you can buy their license, but please note that some plugins may be incompatible and to fix it, the files need to be edited. Thank you.

If we add the licence versions of the jet plugins you have included in Jupiter X, will those plugins (jetelements, jetpopup, jetsmartfilters, jetwoobuilder, etc) will be compatible?

Jupiter X is a big upgrade of Jupiter 6. Actually a lot of improvements were added to Jupiter X. Slow WPBakery plugin was replaced with Elementor page builder and many post types were removed and additional plugins were bundled that extend Elementor functionality. Our new client’s website is running this theme. Part of the theme is WP Bakery. The plugin is not updating. According to some other forums this is due to an auto-update code the theme has added.
Please advise how to solve the issue so that the builder can be updated.

I updated the theme to the latest version and cleaned Theme Mods Size. Here interesting thing happens if WPML is on the clean button don’t execute if WPML is off it does. On your video I see that you didn’t clear Theme Mods Size in the control panel. Please go to Jupiter X > Control Panel > System Status and click on the button “Cleanup” for “Theme Mods Size” as shown on my screenshot https://take.ms/x4FAM . Note that it may take some site as it highly depends on how many wrong records you have in the database. Thank you.
I did it 2 times 1 when WPML was off and 1 when WPML was on… In the first case it was quick in the second case was taking time and it seems nothing was happening..
After several clicks of that button and long waiting time … it seems something got fixed and the issue is not here anymore… Thank you for mental and technical support!

can’t give FTP or WP credentials due privacy policy. It’s a problem with last version of JupiterX and Bootstrap/jQuery/Pooper, downgrade to 1.4.0 fixed the issue

1. We included JetPopup plugin in Jupiter X theme which you can use to create popups https://jetpopup.zemez.io/ .
2. The shadow effect is set via Elementor settings and you’ll need to edit sticky header template via Elementor to change it https://help.artbees.net/how-to-s/elementor/adding-box-shadow-to-your-element-in-jupiter-x .
Now I try 3 Templates from your template section. All of them runs with WPBakery Page Builder. I bought this theme to set everythiing with Elementor. What can i do?

I bought the theme and want to install the Plugins. In the Controlpanel section i dont see all the plugins. I install everything manually via uploading and updating. 
Very frustrating! I cant update the advance costum fields pro, because i need to enter a code. In the Controlpanel nothing is visable! :/

JupiterX Last Update 5 June 19 On this page the newest is V1.3.1 May 28, 2019
On changelog page, the info was posted on May 28 and the Jupiter X archive was uploaded on May 28 to ThemeForest. On June 5 we updated Jupiter 6 version which is also located in the same package, that’s why you see that date. Thank you.
Hello, i´ve purchased and installed jupiterX . now in the dev website i want to create password protected pages. the wordpress page shows the alert and the form, but i can´t fill the password in the form. it seams it´s on a different layer in css. i can´t find a solution.. can you help? EDIT: it seams it´s a problem with the header css. i deactivated in customizers header setting “overlap content” then the password form is reachable.
