I’m working on a site , I put your licence once but I had to erase the site following a malfunction and will put the licence again. Won’t it be a problem? Also when I will move the site to its final hosting, I won’t have problem with the licence? That you for your answer.

Hi, I have 8 site with the same problem… the 9th have the same problem but i can upgrade it toroght Envato Market plug-in… i have see that the theme_version api (http://api.muffingroup.com/theme/version.php) return the old version

hi betheme, is there any way i can perform on view port animation. (animation start once on view port, and it again animation when the section is back to view). Right now animation happen once and stop.

I have tried to update to the latest release from Version: 9.0 and the site just crashes
Hi,
if your current theme version is older than 20, you have to update it manually. The best way to do this is:
1. Go to your FTP and remove whole /betheme/ folder.
2. Later, download latest version from Themeforest, unpack and upload latest version via FTP as well.
Above 2 steps are all you have to do to update theme to it’s latest version.
Since now, you can easily do all future updates via Update to [version number] button which is just under the Be logo on the right side under BeTheme > Dashboard section.

I have tried again and all text is reduced to zero nothing is visible so something not right
Theme is not older than 20 it is 3 years old never updated tried several times now and no ‘luck’ !!!

if you see the icon you want to use on https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/typography/#icons then just copy its name and put it into Custom | Icon field under BeTheme Options > Social section. Otherwise, it is necessary to modify theme files.

In reference to Item Support Policy files customisation are not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don’t know how, you should contact with your web developer. The policy says:

Because you faced with such a weird issue, which we believe has nothing to with the BeTheme itself, we recommend the following steps:
1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme folder and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.
2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).
3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff on server side.

Regarding what Chrome says, we guarantee that package is 100% free of any malware. We have already downloaded the most recent package uploaded onto Themeforest, using Chrome, on 6 different computers in different locations and there is no such message at all. Be sure that each package is always carefully checked before upload.
BTW You should be aware that your Chrome browser may contain malware itself. There is already many topics about this problem described in web. These scammers already did a lot of money on this malware. For more details about this issue, please check this link.
