Normally we can try to find other workaround for you to see if it works by using other plugin to manually import content first then try to import all media files later. To see if it’s working.

The default reservation booking plugin this theme supports is open table.
Though I want to utilise the Restaurant Reservations plugin due to it being free. How do I add a short code to the specific page? also make the contact form centred? It seems like I am only restricted using the default content blocks.

Or if you want to try to import using WordPress importer plugin yourself. You can find xml import file in theme’s /cache folder.
