Yes, Travel Tour’s system is running on Tour Master so if you want to use the system with your own theme, you can go with Tour Master. However, note that the functionality of our theme will not be available such as page builder, color option(header, footer.)

You mean you change the grid setup in tour category but the grid still show 5 columns? For the last column, you don’t have background setup for the tour category so it can’t display for you.

We saw that on the core the theme works with WooCommerce. Is that everything Traveltour uses or has the theme something else for the e-commerce functionality? Because we are working with a developer and want to customize the issue, that the theme doesn’t has a multi-currency feature.

Although the theme can work with WooCommerce but please note that the tour system and WC are totally independent. It’s not working together as Tour Master is not Woocommerce based plugin.
At this point we don’t have multi currency feature yet. However, we will consider for this in future update.

Could you try use ftp method and update our plugin then check it again? Please go to: wp-content/plugins/ then upload the tourmaster plugin folder to replace the current folder then check it again. You can get the tourmaster plugin in: traveltour/admin/tgmpa/plugins/.
You will need backup your site if first do anything, otherwise you will lose your customize.

It’s only one way, it use to check if there’re anyone booking that tour on any specific date.
I thinking of buying the theme, but i have few questions.
1. is there way to remove the traveler details on contact details tab or make it optional? so the one making the transactions wont have yo input names, phone etc of the travelers. contact details and billing is fine.
2. Can a customer cancel bookings?

3. We have an option to export, but it will export everything in Transaction Order details, you can see the detail below:

Hi I already purchased the theme a while ago and now I want to use it.
While testing it, the button “Book and Pay Later” does not work. when I press it, The screen just jumps to top and nothing happens. I checked on the network tab, it did POST request to the ’/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php’ with the complete form data filled. I have Tourmaster version 4.1.0. My support is expired but I really need help to fix this bug!

You can exclude the tax in tour price in: Tourmaster > General > General Settings > Include Tax In Tour Price (the wrong in typing), if you have tourmaster 4.1.0.

Well it depends on your requirement. The system can’t hold the boats for several day. Normally it only block the first day only.

Do you honestly think a rental boat system is manageable with your theme or it is too specific?

I have three last importants question though:
1. On the online booking system, will available and not available dates be differenciated? As a normal booking system (such as Airbnb), I would like customers to see what are the remaining booking dates.
2. Would it be possible to have customers pay for a 10% deposit (or is it only 30%?)
3. Could we add extra “fee” fields right before final payment such as “skipper” “insurance” “food” adding costs when ticked to the final price?
Basically if the date system works for us, what we could do is create a category filter integrating all boat tours organized as follows:
Type of Boat Dates Duration
and then let customer choose the suitable dates according to availabilities…

Sorry but the theme doesn’t support third party plugin for payment. We connect to Stripe directly. Also, the theme doesn’t support recurring payment.

You can put the whole theme folder in CDN. So this is the default setting that we do : http://take.ms/HUnF1 We use default setting.

Regarding, meta fields, you have to use third party plugins for that such as Yoast SEO. We don’t have that in the theme.

Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe.
To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.
