Hi, I just purchased REhub yesterday, read the installation guide and read the critical 9.0 update, followed it and encountered an error.
What I did was:
1. Unzip themeforest…..
2. Go to REHubWP-theme/new 9 version folder
3. Install rehub-theme.zip (so far so good, installed without an error) and make it active. I also installed the plugins mentioned like REHub Framework.
4. Tried to install redokan.zip (found in the same new 9 version folder) and I had the following error in wordpress:
Broken Themes The following themes are installed but incomplete. Name: Rehub child theme – Redokan Description: The parent theme is missing. Please install the “rehub” parent theme.
I don’t know if I’m missing to do something or how can I get it and would appreciate any input. Thanks!
redokan child is broken in beta release. Will be fixed in today update
or go to style.css of child theme and replace rehub to rehub-theme in top of file
I have an issue with the re-compare demo. All the demo sections are not getting imported. The compare option is not showing on homepage, filter is not showing in top header section and many more to list. it looks like you used old version of theme. Before you make import, you must update theme to latest version. Currently, maybe it’s better to remove all content and import again. We have also alternative demo import if something is wrong with regular

I have recently bought this theme and installed it, while configuring the theme i have set the taxonomy for affiliate store as “store” instead of the default “dealstore” I tried to add the stores (http://rehubdocs.wpsoul.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/attr.png) option on the homepage, but i’m only getting one store after using the short code

The store which is showing in the homepage is havinig two taxonomies ???
EG: domain.com/store/amazon
domain.com/dealstore/amazon—> redirecting to a similar post i wrote about Amazon. I have not set this redirect.
Other stores for example that are not showing on the homepage are showing 404 error like this
Eg : domain.com/store/flipkart/
domain.com/dealstore/flipkart—> redirects me to 404 page.
P.S. I tried changing the taxonomy value ([wpsm_tax_archive type=”compactbig” taxonomy=”dealstore”]) in this one from (taxonomy=”dealstore” to taxonomy=”store”) it’s not working.

Hello Sizam, I guess it’s not the slug fault, i’ve tried changing slugs to multiple ones like “shop” “stores” no matter whichever slug i use it still redirecting me. So, i don’t think it’s the slug fault.
Eg : domain.com/store/amazon—>redirects to store (default slug = store)
domain.com/stores/amazon—> redirects to a post about amazon.
domain.com/shop/amazon—> redirects to post about amazon
domain/[anything]/amazon—> redirects to post about amazon ( [anything] = any random word eg: hop, pot any variable and it’s still redirecting me to the post)
In the previous coupon theme there wasn’t seperate blog posts, i have even moved the blog post to domain.com/blog/amazon-coupon-codes/ in the Re:Wise theme then again when i use the above format like domain.com/shop/amazon or any other slug it’s still redirecting me to that post.

Hi Igor I have been using WP All Import plugin for bulk importing posts using an excel data sheet. I can bulk import majority of the post contents but I am not able to bulk import the custom fields when using this plugin i.e. rehub_views, post_hot_count, disclaimer etc. Can you please advice.
