Hi, one more question where I active the theme? Where do I enter the Item Purchase Code? The other themes have found it better.
UPDATE: Found, sorry had looked wrong.
I still have one question:
If I enter the token and the item ID I get updates from Theme or? And all other plugins are also activated? (WPBakery Page Builder, etc?) Or do I have to buy the extra? Sorry for the many questions is my 2stes Theme.And I am still a beginner.

Hello, I would like in the 3rd drop menu a background picture. Unfortunately, this is not displayed. The note reads: “Please note, if the option ‘Full Width Background for Wide Dropdown Type’ is used, then this applies only to 1st level dropdown – otherwise this applies to any dropdown level menu.”
Where can I find this option? Thanks for the answer.

You can find that option by navigating to Elated Options > Header > Enable Full Width Background for Wide Dropdown Type and Set Background Image for Wide Dropdown Type.

Update: I have the “Choose Header Type” on Side. There is apparently not the option? If I put Choose Header Type on top. I find the option: Enable Full Width Background for Wide Dropdown Type Enabling this option will show full width background for wide dropdown type.

In order to set up the WP Bakery plugin, you will need to address a few things.
First, you will have to navigate to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager > Post types and select Custom, then check all of the boxes that appear. See image here.
Second, you will have to check the Disable Gutenberg checkbox at WPBakery Page Builder > General settings > Disable Gutenberg editor. See image here.

In that case, it seems as though you do not have the latest compatible version of the plugin. In order to update the theme and plugin files please follow these steps:
Pre-Step: Deactivate and Delete all bundled plugins that come with the theme, especially the Elated CPT and WP Bakery plugins. This way they will be updated along with the theme as well.
1. Download the latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page) 2. Extract it and locate moose.zip and moose-child.zip 3. In your admin panel navigate to Appearance > Themes and activate one of the default themes 4. Once active delete both the parent and child moose themes 5. Upload the parent and child themes with the zip files from step 2 6. After uploading the theme files activate the parent theme and navigate to Elated Options > General and without changing anything simply save the settings.

Hi, I have a big problem. Last week I discover an anomaly with the menu voices because if I add a new one or move one of them in a different position within the menu itself, the order change completely and I can’t re-order them in any way. The same resluts if I create a new menu. I disabled all the plugins and nothing changed so i wanted to try to disable the theme too and the website crashed wiht this error message:

When the error occures I must reinstall the entire database in order to run the website.
I also tried to reinstall wordpress 5.2.2 but nothing changes.

Say you’re on a portfolio page and you filter by a certain category, and click through to single portfolio page. From the single portfolio page, when you click the portfolio button at the bottom of the page to go back to the main portfolio, it resets the filtered categories. Is there a way to have that button being people back to the filtered category?

Please note that this page will be reloaded when go back to main portfolio list page from any single portfolio page. Unfortunately, filtered categories cannot be stored and reloaded when you go back to previously visited page.

Hi,
After following all instructions in theme documentation for installing and enabling purposes, i found a very strange behavior in wp bakery visual composer. I have used this composer in duzens of sites, and i have never seen this behavior before. Can you please guide me on this?
A simple example i can explain is when “we” use a three column layout, and instead of see three columns in a side by side disposition, we see three columns in a cascade disposition. This “problem” turns visual composer almost useless, because even though it is “visual”, it’s too hard to understand.

We helped a friend install this theme and the dummy import is completely broken. We tried it twice thinking it was our fault. I almost bought it also. Looks and works nothing like the live preview. This is ridiculous. Fresh install here: http://www.loanager.com/ Country flags are hanging out. Scrolling flicks in and out. Logo doesn’t even show up on the http://www.loanager.com/?page_id=346589 multipurpose home page. Huge white bar across the top. Duplicated menu items. Nested menu title areas don’t exist like how they are on the live preview. Extreme bait and switch.

Please note that after installing / activating this theme, you need to Install/activate all required plugins like WP Bakery Page Builder, Elated Core/CPT and Slider Revolution (+Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce if you plan to use shop).
Then you can import the demo with our OneClick (Elated Options >> Import) or with native WP importer tool (Tools >> Import >> WordPress) via XML, located in the file you downloaded from ThemeForest website / XML.
Then you can go to Appearance >> Customize >> Homepage setting >> and then choose desired homepage.

Hi, we’ve just updated the theme and we have several issues : logo, testimonials, clients logos, footer are broken or have gone… We did not delete the CPT plugin before updating, do you think this could be the reason ? Our support had ended, could you please help us fix that nevertheless ?

Most likely something was uploaded wrong or something is corrupt with your WP install.
Download a fresh copy of the theme from ThemeForest site and then install it. Then re-install all required plugins. The latest version of theme is 3.0.2 and Elated CPT – 2.1. That should do the job.

Hi, I have some problems after last theme update:
1) in blog single page, the widget sidebar doesn’t appear anymore by default even it’s set in theme option (I also saved them again after theme update)

2. To display like icon on blog post, you need to go to Elated Options > Blog > Show Like > Yes.

4. There’s an error in your console when trying to like a portfolio post, we will have to investigate further on this and will provide you with a feedback, once we’re done.

Hi, 1) there was some strange carachter in previous link, the correct one is https://www.ateacme.com/agenzia-comunicazione/aumentare-le-vendite-online-del-tuo-sito the second link is the example that the sidebar is shown IF I set the right sidebar in the backend of the specific article
2) in elated option > blog I set as YES all Post Info Data Fields (all but author) and no one is visible as you can see
3) I can’t see arrows in your demo, I remember the title of next/previous articles were diplayed next arrows: I’m wrong maybe?

Hello, We updated the Moose theme from 2.2 to 3.0 but ran into a bunch of php errors. The site would not load at all. It turned out to be a conflict with Yoast. Without Yoast, the update and site are fine. We really want to keep using Yoast, so we have restored to a backup of the site with the theme version 2.2 in the meantime. Has this come up as an issue for anyone else? Thanks!

The Backend editor is not coming on in any of the pages. So it is becoming difficult to edit any page. It is switched on for pages, posts, portfolios in the elated options http://finwizzloans.com/ but cant use the backend editor …. so how to get it on so I can edit?

Can you tell me why my browser hangs itself then when I attempt to open the demo? Although I disable AdBlocker nothing really works, but when I check other themes here on TF they work just fine, it’s only Moose that hangs. :/
