Hello, the widget titles show up as black color when the background is dark. How can this be fixed? I have the latest theme version installed on my website.
Hello there and thank you for using Merchandiser.
We’re working on a new update that should be released soon. I’ve forwarded your note to our developers. If they figure this is a bug, I am positive they’ll fix it along with the update.
Please feel free to reach out to our support team via the theme’s Help Center if there’s anything else you need help with: https://merchandiser.wp-theme.help
Cheers, Adrian.
Hello, thank you for the reply. What happens if they don’t figure this is a bug? How will they fix this then? Can you provide any CSS code that can resolve this temporarily?
I would also like to know how to set the number of columns in the footer.
I don’t get responses on the support system so kindly answer here.
Hello again,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It was a bug indeed and we’ve fixed it at this end. We will release a theme update soon. Until then, you can paste the following bit in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
h4.widget-title { color: #00ffaa !important; }
Just make sure replace the color code with your preferred color.
Cheers,
Adrian.
Hi, after update there is the cart and login item 4 times. You can see here: https://prdruck.com/ You know a workaround for that? Thanks
Hello,
It doesn’t seems to be happening at this end. Not on our demo, not on your site. Are you sure that’s not just a caching issue? Please let me know if case you’re still experiencing it.
Cheers, Adrian.

Hello, We already posted this question in the official support forum, but still got no answer:
We are using the Slider Element in VisualComposer. How can we deactivate the Autoplay for the Swipee-Slider?
Best regards
Hello there,
The theme’s built-in slider element for WPBakery page builder doesn’t have an option that would allow you to turn off the autoplay. If that’s something you really need, you should be looking in to plugin. There are plenty out there extending the elements available. Maybe you can find one that has a slider too.
Cheers, Adrian.
How can users upload a profile picture like you have in your demo?
Hi @oussamab90,
Users can change their profile pictures on Gravatar.com

Hi, does this theme support and use Visual Composer’s Frontend Editor? TIA
Hello, is there an option to exclude a specific product category from search results?
Hello,
I am not sure if that can be done for a category, but it can be done at the product level. When editing an individual product, you can set its catalog visibility option to “Shop only”. That will exclude the product from search results. This is what you should be looking for on your screens: https://www.screencast.com/t/BjTMnhmF
Alternatively, you can search for a plugin, I don’t have one in mind, but I am positive you will be able to find some plugins to help you that if editing the products won’t work for you.
Hope this help.
Cheers, Adrian.
Hi. After latest theme upgrade footer menu text has changed from white to black. Hence all menu text in footer cannot be seen on black background. This has happened all of the sudden. Can you please let me know where can you make again all menu text in footer to show in white by default. Thank you.
Hello there,

Thank you Adrian. Is there a temporary fix for now perhaps with adding some CSS? I noticed another user reported the same issue with black footer text. So our store links cannot be seen to customers. Thanks!
Hi again, There’s already a theme update available that fixes this issue. Let me know how it’s working after that.
Cheers, Adrian B
Hi Adrian. Update works perfectly. Thank you!
Good news. Thanks for getting back to let us know.
Cheers, Adrian.
Footer background color is black and unfortunately the footer menu text color is black also and there is no where to change it and the social media icons also does not show up again even if the links are inputed in the theme customize section.

It’s okay. I have downloaded the new update you released and I am glad the issue has been corrected however the social media still isn’t working. Cheers.
Hmmm, that’s weird. Can you please make sure the Merchandiser Extender plugin is up to date as well?
Thanks, Adrian.
It doesn’t show on the homepage footer but shows on every other page. Well it’s weird.
Why isn’t WPBakery updating with the theme updates anymore?? Why am I expected to renew support for something that should continue to work??
Hi @thegreatcat, You need to have the latest theme version in order to be able to update WP Bakery. Here is a documentation article about this: https://merchandiser.wp-theme.help/hc/en-us/articles/208222585-WPBakery-Page-Builder-How-to-update-
Cheers, Adrian B
Thanks…those instructions worked. Too bad it cannot just be updated in the usual way though.
It looks like the ajax-setup.php isn’t available anymore and caused our site to go down due to a fatal error with our child theme functions.php file.
Is there anything else we need to be aware of in the changes made to the functions.php file?
Thanks
Hi again, You should notice that some features were moved to Merchandiser Extender.
Cheers, Adrian B

Hi guys,
For us the infinite scroll doesn’t work for us anymore. Is this with everyone else or could it be a code conflict error?
Thanks, Keaton
Hi @keatonluke,
We don’t have any similar report, maybe a javascript issue or a conflict with some plugin is causing this. Please contact us so we can take a closer look into your issue: https://m.me/getbowtied
Cheers, Adrian B
same, now svg icons can’t be uploaded…. i was using them just fine
We will look into this and will fix the issues if it’s theme-related. Thanks for reporting.
Cheers, Adrian
Lots of css inline is added since last update, and has overwritten lots of icons and styles, for example:
.woocommerce ul.products li.product .product_thumbnail .shop_product_buttons_wrapper .shop_product_buttons .button.getbowtied_product_quick_view_button:before{}
it’s even overwitting the same css line in styles.css…
another body.archive:not(.woocommerce) .posts-navigation .nav-links .next:after, body.blog:not(.woocommerce) .posts-navigation .nav-links .next:after, .woocommerce .woocommerce-pagination ul.page-numbers .next
and there are many more… how come?
Updated the theme and site no longer working:

Hi @absimp,
I have answered to your fb message too asking you to consider upgrading the PHP version on your server.
