Thanks for creating this cool theme. I have a few questions to clarify below:
- We don’t need to payment, can we disable the payment and booking? - As we will be using ActiveCampaign for the contact form, is it compatible to integrate for the mentioned plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/activecampaign-subscription-forms/ ) - how do we manage the past event through the theme, we want to have upcoming and past event separately, can we do that through the theme? - Is it possible to access the WP admin for reference? - can we manage rich media like youtube, image and text through session description of a speaker under their scheduled timeslot.

1. Yes you can, payment is optional.
2. Yes you can use ActiveCampaign plugin.
3. Our theme is designed as single event website which has multiple sessions. You can organise sessions in multiple days.
4. Really sorry, demo dashboard is not available publicly.
5. Currently It doesn’t support that. We will consider to add it into the future if there are many requests from customers.

Regarding Q3, the event will be hosted every year so we need to keep those in a separate section. Do you mean we are not able to have a section for past event. So we need to create a custom post type for solving this, am I right?

For that requirement, you can create for example 2019.yourevent.com and 2020.yourevent.com
It’s the same domain so you can use it by purchasing only 1 regular license.
That may not work for customer, as they want to show all in the single website. I think we may create a new section with same design instead.

Currently client logo modules doesn’t support link. However you can create custom columns layouts using content builder then add image with link to each column using visual editor instead.

It seems there are a lot of requests to show the time in 12 hour AM/PM format, not military time. We also need this, and have been able to convert on the single speaker page, but not for schedule output. Please let the many of us know how to change this.
A workaround would be to enter the times as “5:00 PM” format, then apply “custom sort post” to the schedule, but this does not work since “sessions” do not appear as a valid post type to enable re-ordering…

Has there been an update to the 24hour/12hour time for sessions? We really need to use Am/Pm format for our sessions…..
trying to install demo content two hours now and nothing. reinstalled at least twice. it just keeps loading… i left it over an hour the first time. i tried submitting a ticket…i have no idea if your system works because it asked me for no contact info and when i hit submit there is no confirmation that it is submitted…page just stays the same… so please dont send me back to support if that is the same system i have to go through.

Technically importing demo contents are multiple processes which download media files from demo server to your server.
So we are using the most completed importer script available in the market. However if there is some limited setting on your server which kill importing processes when it reaches certain level of server resources usage. It’s related to your server limitation.
Normally we can try to find other workaround for you to see if it works by using other plugin to manually import content first then try to import all media files later. To see if it’s working.
But these workaround required your WordPress login information so I can try to do it for you otherwise I don’t know how can I help the importing issue. Thank you for your understanding.
Hi, I like your theme alot, very clean and user friendly. One thing that really bothers me is the countdown to the event, the weeks. They confuse people, its better to just have months and days then time. How can I just simply get rid of weeks so it only counts the days. I already know there is a JS file but I dont know what I need to modify. I also prefer if you can just tell me what to tweak instead of giving access to someone. Thanks.

Please open theme’s file /modules/script/script-custom-countdown.php and remove code remove code at line 13
the problem with that is that it still counts the days as part of the week and not days of the year which would make more sense. How can I make it so it counts the days til the event and not depend on the weeks?

That didnt do anything, that is basically copying and pasting line 14 and replacing it at line 13.
It did. It changed from “%d” to “%D” so it displays number of days based on your requirement. Have you tried the new code yet?

I have a question about sessions and speakers. I want to show specific sessions and specific speakers on specific pages only. but I am having difficulty because there are no categories for sessions and speakers, and there are no sessions and speakers to choose from on any particular page. Are all speakers and sessions unconditionally published on the page? Is there any other way to solve this?
