Hi, great looking theme. I first came across Sober and loved it. I looked into Konte and loved it as well. Leaning towards Konte because it is far superior and has more overall functionality. However, I do have some pre-sale questions:
1. I believe this to be true but would like to double check: Are the homepages fully customizable? Can we grab certain things from other versions of each homepage?
2. Can we create a similar home page to Sober’s “Home Page 10 – Full Slider” and/or Sober’s “Home Page 4 – Clean?”
3. I noticed on Konte’s “Home v7” on mobile viewing, the small banners turn into one and only the “Free Shipping On Order Over $100” banner shows. Is it possible to show all three? Maybe have them fade like a carousal?
4. The popup countdown on mobile viewing shows the seconds counter on it’s separate line. It looks like a glitch, is this fixable? (Home v7)
5. Is the top bar in Konte’s “Home v5” fully editable? Can we add things like “Free Shipping?” It is spaced in columns? If so how many? Important – Can we have it show on mobile?
6. Not important – The text “The Classics” overlaps on the third slide on Konte’s Home v5. Is this fixable?
7. Can we turn the left side bar links to open and close like Sober’s left sidebar links? (For example, if we don’t have a half screen image for the sidebar)
8. Not important – Can we have the cart side bar open full screen like Sober as well?
9. Not important – Can we change stuff like the “Filter” button to open as a floating box other than the sidebar?
10. Can we have the “Description,” “Additional Information,” and “Reviews” show on the same page and not open in the sidebar? Are there other options to show it?
11. Can we change the color of the sale percentage circle? Can we change what it says? Can we change it to “Sale” or “25% off” instead of just “25%?”

Regarding your questions:
1. Yes, it is fully customizable. You can grab elements, sections from other homepages, pages to build your own page.
2. Yes, you can. Because of this theme is extended from the Sober, most of Sober’s layout can be created in this theme.
3. Yes, you can decide to display all banners. On our demo, we selected to keep one on mobile only.
4. Yes, it is fixable with a simple CSS. If you need, our supporters will help you.
5. Yes, the topbar is fully customization, like the header. It is split in 2 columns and you can add custom elements to the topbar. You can always check the theme’s online documentation for more information.

7. In this theme, that sidebar (it is the full-screen menu actually) is designed like that. You can remove the image but it will display over the page when opened.
8. Unfortunately, the design of cart sidebar is not fullscreen like Sober’s.
9. We’re afraid it is impossible too. The design of the filter in this theme is fixed like that. You can select 2 styles “sidebar” or “dropdown” box only.
10. You can change the product page layout to have this information shown on the same page.
11. Yes, you can change the sale badge color. In the next update of the theme, you will be able to change the text too. At this moment, it is fixed.

1. You can change the width of some sections only. For example, you can use CSS to change the with of the menu.
2. Yes, you can display the search bar on the header. There is an option to select the search style. You can select to display the search icon or search bar.
3. Unfortunately, it is not possible at this moment.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t contain these pages. The conent width of these pages is fixed, follow the design of the theme.

I’m having trouble with the theme. This is not the first time this happens:
Sometimes when I enter the site, I try to add the product to the cart and to no avail. Nothing happens.
After trying several products sometimes I can add one.
I’ve tried everything. This only comes back to normal if I clear the cache.
I’m using the plugin: WP FATEST CACHE
I think it’s something with AJAX … I’ve tried using the various options to add to the cart, always after a while, it happens, see:

It seems the cache plugin cached the mini cart of WooCommerce. With some plugins, you have to exclude the ajax request URL from the cache. Most of caching plugins have this option. Please open a ticket on the support site. Our supporter will help you check it.

It is an ajax request that call to the PHP script on the server. This is the default widget of WooCommerce, not the theme. The theme just displays it in in a panel.

After several tests and several days, it really is not working properly.
I’m using the PLUGIN WP Fastest Cache, I’ve already done this process of deleting the woocommerce cookie: https://www.wpfastestcache.com/tutorial/woocommerce-settings/
Even so after a few tries, the same thing still happens.
When adding a product to the cart, nothing happens.
Even changing the function to go to the cart page after adding the product to the cart, this way goes to page cart, but with the empty cart message.
I think it’s something of the AJAX-related theme or something.
I see other details as in the CONTACT FORM plugin AJAX does not work like the original of the plugin, among other details.
I use the SOBER theme everything works perfectly. I use the same plugins and the same server.
Please, please do tests.
We can not always send the login and password after the site is already functional in the client account.

The problem still persisted … I have already unlisted the cache plugin. It has nothing to do with it, the problem is linked to the site or product AJAX, I don’t know how they did it.

It is good. But I have found that it is very white and blank for selling “smaller” less fancy items rather than tshirts etc that have big colourful product images. That is why I suggest creating another demo maybe 
. This will also be good for multi vendor support where you need more uniformity and keeping things neat in when listing products on the homepage and category pages etc. Here are a few suggestions that would greatly improve konte

1. You can use a child theme to modify the shop page and make it display in full-width. It is pretty easy. If you need, our supporters will help you.
2. Yes, It is possible. Most of Sober’s features are included in the Konte theme. You can change the product image dimensions on the shop page.
3. Of course you can change the child theme name. You can’t edit the parent theme directly, but you can do anything you want with the child theme.

2. This theme has the a built in product filter widget. You can use it or default ones of WooCommerce.
3. We use Contact Form 7 plugin to build contact forms in this theme. You can use it or any other form builder plugins.
4. This theme has a built-in size guide system. You don’t need to install additional plugins.
5. The popup is a feature of this theme too. You can use the popup of the theme or use other plugins to build your popups.
6. You need to use an additional plugin to support login/register with social medias.
7. Discount badges are supported by the theme by default. You can select to display this badge in discount percentage or a simple text like “Sale”.
8. At this moment, this theme doesn’t support to search by SKU.
9. All supported plugins will work with this theme automatically. You don’t need to do anything with the theme to make it work with them. You can also check the theme documentation for more information.

My biggest problem is that products aren’t showing up in the search function. Ie. when I search “sunglasses” only the sunglasses that have the word “sunglasses” in the description, but not all products in the category “sunglasses”.
