I have a wordpress multisite setup. 3 sites in total. 2 of the sites will show only the cars they have, like 1 will show ford and 1 will show toyota, the third site I want to show all, can I do this, if so how? Thx

If they are 3 separate domains or subdomains you would need to use our Automatic Importer and Automatic Exporter plugins to synchronize the inventory between the sites. If you could put them all on one domain under domain.com/ford/ and domain.com/toyota/ then you could easily do it using the shortcode. Can you add more filtering options for the “inventory” element into the next update? Looking to be able to select multiple “body styles” under the vehicle to help separate vehicle on one page, boats on another, and motorcycles, etc.

Hi i’ve the version 10.9 of Automotive and WordPress 5.2.2 and im trying to update at V.11 and i get Update Failed: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided. Do you have incompatibility issues with wp 5.2.2? My envato account is connected and I dont understand what is going wrong . Thanks
You have your account connected to the old Envato API. Envato unfortunately closed this off without warning, so you will need to manually update your theme and plugins via FTP to the latest versions and then you will be able to reconnect your account to the new API under Theme Options >> Update Settings.
Can someone please provide me with a short css code that removes the header area for all pages? (not title, but the header image area).
Instead of doing it manually in the check box “no header area” for every product page?! :/

A site we developed currently has an issue with links in the Vehicle Scroller. When clicked it should take you to the vehicle listing page. It doesn’t work in Chrome, but it does in FF and Edge.
Theme version 5.0, WordPress version 4.2.2
Any ideas?
You will need to update WordPress, the theme, and the bundled plugins to the latest versions and that should fix your issue. If it does not please open a Support Ticket including temporary login details to your website so we can investigate further. We would also advise you to make a full backup of your website files and datatbase prior to updating as you are using very old versions, then you can easily restore it if something goes wrong. Getting “Download failed. A valid URL was not provided” when trying to update theme from Wordpress – please advise how to fix this.
Envato recently updated their API and forced all of the old users off of the old API. Because of this your will need to manually update the theme and Automotive Listings plugin to the latest versions via FTP and then go to Theme Options >> Update Settings to connect your Envato account to the new API. After you complete these steps you should be all set to update automatically again in the future.
Hi, is there a way to remove the title and breadcrumbs on all pages in a woocommerce shop? I can’t sit and hide the header area manually on every product added…

If you want to hide it on all of the product pages it would be best to use some CSS and place it under Theme Options >> Custom Styling >> Custom CSS

Hi, I have some troubles for this theme, with the car listing Plugin. The theme normally use the Edmunds API for work, but we can’t have a key on this API yet. Then I find for another solution, XML file, Json, other API… but didn’t work or didn’t find. Do you have any solution for us ? I can’t continue the development of website because of this, at moment. Very sorry to ask for help in here, I’m having some trouble with support connection. I was wondering where could I possibly change the “Unlimited Listings, Any Vehicle Type” text of the Inventory listing. Thank you for the kind words, it looks like your support is expired which is why you can’t open a support ticket. You would need to renew your support on ThemeForest in order to open a ticket. That being said, when you edit the page near the top under the page title you can edit the “Unlimited Listings, Any Vehicle Type” under the heading titled Secondary Title
Last night the pictures on my home page slider stopped working. I have subsequently deactivated the slider and am using a simple header image. I noted some time ago that my website needed updating and had connected via envato as per the auto update. However every time I go to update I see a warning stating Update Failed: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided. I appear to be running version 10.5 by the way. I have bought this theme twice by accident but have only ever used it on the single URL. Is the missing update a possible cause of my slider picture disappearance overnight? As per previous advice I have reset my account with your side and it has not helped either. Its weird that this theme boasts an auto update feature which in one of the most difficult aspects of the theme to some extent and seems to get comment after comment. I dont want to hire someone from upwork to fix a feature that in all reality should be working. I am at a loss. I am also scared to manually update the theme via FTP if I lose some of my settings etc. So in a nutshell I have no slider, cant do auto updates and dont know what to do. Have you customized any of the files in a Child Theme or in the main theme? Or added custom CSS etc in Theme Options? If so you need to update the template files that are included with the theme (and/or update your CSS to work with the latest version), and then merge your customizations into the latest versions of the template files. As WooCommerce changes and updates we need to make updates in our products to ensure compatibility and styling, so unfortunately sometimes you will need to make changes on your end as well. What happens when you remove that?
Nothing. The display is still showing wrong. Te latest products shortcode is not displaying correctly. It shows two columns no matter what you choose. Also individual product images are huge – the width of the page. The Main shop page should have columns of categories, but once again it is just two massive columns. Site: https://mgspe.co.uk
I had a look at your site but there has to be something affecting it, your CSS is minimized using a CSS optimizer so its hard to tell from the source code what it could be. I did just test it on our demo site and it works perfectly on our in the latest version. I have found a fix for this – your previous comment mentioned the CSS optimizer – that was the clue I needed.
Turns out that one of the options in Siteground’s optimization tool was breaking the theme – I switched off ‘Combine CSS’ and everything works now.
