Supro’s GDPR is not even 30% compliance with what EU law demands. You should at least give posibility to activate an “accept check” on the payment pages for non registered users. GDPR should keep a record of user activity and acceptance of policies based on ip addres and so on… Do you know of a good GDPR extension that integrates well with Supro. Thanks
How do I stwitch off supro GDPR funtions. we need to replace them them with a thirt party extension that really takes you to compliance with EU law.. To this point is better if you totally exclude GDPR from your theme. Would I encounter issues?
Hello, I need to know if you are using default magento GDPR functionalities on Supro? In this case, using a third party extension is possible otherwise (if you implemented custom code) third party extensions might conflict with supro hance becoming a huge problem. Anyone?

The GDPR is an extension of the theme, it is not magento2’s extension, you can install the third party extension if you want, it works with our theme. Of course you need to disable MGS_GDPR module, go app/etc/config.php file, then replace 1 -> 0 for MGS_GDPR then refresh cache.

Hey, I just bought your theme and having two issues. 1. When logged in, Sticky Menu is not sticky anymore though when browsing site as a non logged in user, menu remains sticky. 2. When enabling MegaMenu, Only home button is appearing and any MegaMenuItem we are creating, is not appearing though we followed your guide 100%. What could be the reason for this?

Sorry for the late reply, very thanks for your interesting actually it is not easy because Supro theme extends from Luma theme but Unero is not, so seem you will need to build your site again if you want to use Supro theme.

The theme is great but I was expecting since it is a relatively new theme , this should have important features that are in claue theme at least. Like a size chart page on product description, seems like a important feature(for clothing and apparel line) but no reply from your side.Apart from that theme is good. If I would have known earlier, would have gone for claue theme

This is what I wrote: I have some questions about the Supro Magento 2 theme and the fact is that I have a current theme today that has a lot of bugs within it, especially since I want a special mega menu. And I have a deadline 29th of June and I am getting supernervous since that theme is not at all what I expeted.
My questions to you are:
- What response time do you usually have on your support tickets? I read you are open 24/7, and if something really URGENT happens, when can I expect an answer from you? Just for my reference.
- Do you have support by telephone in urgent cases?
- Does Supro theme have brand pages, shop by brand?
- Does Supro theme have SALE tag and NEW tag visible on the products in the category page and on the product page? I want to customize to add a VINTAGE tag as well – is it something you can help me to customize and what would you charge me ?
- May I ask to have one contact person, that I can “have a customer-relationship with” that knows about my site and the setup? It makes it easier every time, so its not a new person checking everything again.
