It is compatible with W3 Total Cache, which is what I use on all of my theme demos. It has not been tested with any other caching plugins, but I do know it is compatible with that one.

The teaser posts function on displays part of the article and the visitor will need to click on the “Continue Reading” button to be taken to the full article. The Auto Load Posts function loads the entire next article below he previous one as you scroll down the page.

I have not tested the theme with those specific ads yet, but if they work with the default WordPress theme, then they will work with this theme as well.
