Hello! In the latest version, the Font Awesome does not work correctly. For example, in the element ‘Gallery’ the lens icon (Zoom) is not displayed. Also not processed when specified via (html/php). At the same time, everything works in the element ‘Icon’ and the font icons are also correctly connected in the header. Thank! You have a powerful theme!

I think its IMPOSSIBLE to make a normal support ticket. Nothing works for the purchase code to make a ticket; Not the date or the actual code. And there are no real tickets in their database where you can search on other user questions.

But besides that it a hell of job to TRANSLATE this theme. I guess you have to invest in a translation tool because polylang CANT translate the actual tours. There is a small article about POEDIT, but you will be be translating for weeks. Maybe you have to purchase a pro licence. And im not sure if you can translate the actual TOURS with POEDIT.

Does it work as a marketplace? Ie. Third party tour operators post the tours, they handle the booking, we take a % commission. Thanks, Neil.

it´s a general setting… hum must be individual setting better for xxx tour, all tours doesn´t need multiple deposit. Example regular tours not, private tour yes need sometimes because are more expensives.

Good Day, In September the PSD2 reform will take effect in EU, meaning that all CreditCards need strong customer authentication. For this, modifcations in the shop need to be done. Can you please ensure that the shop is PSD2 ready? Otherwise payments will not be possible anymore. https://stripe.com/en-de/guides/strong-customer-authentication

We looked into that before but at this point, it’s not possible because the recaptcha doesn’t work with ajax(the form is using ajax)

However, we did some refreshed on this. Most of spam are from registration form which we are able to put the recaptcha and it helps a lot.

Hi. It´s posible create ” a private tour ” for only paiment and fix the desposit for payment stripe. ¿? I have a customer with a tailormade private, and he must be pay a deposit. How i can do that¿? Because it´s a special tour who prepare for him and he want pay only with card no transfer bank. What the best method it´s this case with traveltour/tourmaster? Create a special tour, with only acces private for this customer, fix amount or another method¿? Please tell me how you will do it if you do yourself. Thanks.

A couple of pre-purchase questions – Can you add a booking time to the forms with half hour slots that would integrate with the calendar? Can you elaborate more on how the ‘ICAL’ feature works and it’s setup? Which third party calendar is advisably used? Also, it mentions, ‘please note that iCAL in Tour Master doesn’t support two way syncing, you can only view bookings?’

1. Unfortunately, we don’t have an option to add it in the booking form.

2. The ICAL for display the booking time and you can try use Google Calendar to display it.

3. We’re recommended use Google Calendar but sometime it will take 24 hours to display and it only for show information, it can’t syncing more than that, that mean you can’t add a booking in calendar.

it seems that its not possibile to edit the tour date/ time etc unless you are the person who made the booking. I have neen in touch with ticksy support and they showed me a video which illustrated how they were able to change the tour date for a booking htey made on my site. but what they didnt show was how to edit the tour date for someone elses booking. Obviously as an admin of a site, I need to be able make these changes without the client logging in and making the changes themselves. Can you check why this feature doesnt work the way it should. many thanks and great theme.

Hello! I’m trying to save template as a whole page, but it shows an error “Incomplete data – Value 1142”. I’ve noticed that this issue is shown up only when the page is “heavy” with elements. Hello, Can I set fixed dates for a tour? I want a tour to last 7 days but always from Monday to Sunday. I mean, a user would not be able to book from Tuesday onwards. I explain?

In this case, you just need to set the available date for Monday only. Then customer will be able to book on Monday only.
