For some reason, even though I select WhatsApp share button it will not appear on the front end. When I inspect the code, I can see it there, but not on actual website. Any ideas?

You need to access the site from a mobile device as Whatsapp even though has a whatsapp web option, is still a mobile only network. Please try it from mobile.

Sorry but we have not tested Elementor or other page builders. We have our own in house built page builder called tagDiv Composer which we prefer to develop further and beyond. We do not plan on adding compatibility for other page builders at the moment.

Why do I disable the ‘tagDiv Composer’ plugin and disable the theme? Also, as mentioned above, if you disable the ’’ tagDiv Composer ’’ plugin, you will not be able to write news paper elements in the ‘WPBakery Page Builder’. Please make improvements in the next version.

We had a problem after updating to the latest version of the news paper. If you turn off the ‘tagDiv Composer’ plugin, you will not be able to use the existing news paper element in the ‘WPBakery Page Builder’. I can not understand why the latest version forced me to use ‘tagDiv Composer’.

i change theme color already (example old colur is blue new color is red) but everytime when i refresh or open website it always use blue color then after 1 second it will be change to red color, how to fix it. i want it alway red.

Hi TagDiv team, I have a problem which I did not want to wait until it eventually gets answered on the forum as its quite pressing – on the site: https://searchgo.co/ when a visitor lands on the mobile page there is a large white space at the top below the header. This looks worse on the mobile version as its there as soon as a visitor lands on the page. Can I get a fix for this ASAP, please? Thanks Vincent

You have an empty amp auto-ad placed in the mobile header ad section. You will have to remove it from the mobile ads section. If you have any further need of assistance we recommend you extend your theme support from your envato account and use the support forum.

Thanks for the reply – I tried this, I removed the adsense code from header and footer to try it and then cleared cache, but still I egt the white space. I have now replaced the code again as clearly that was not the issue – unless I have misinterpreted your response?

At first glance it was the amp ad causing the space but it is not the ad itself but rather the margins of the header ad element. You cna use css to remove the margins but your will need to renew your theme support and open a new topic on our official support forum at https://forum.tagdiv.com/forum/newspaper/ if you need our help removing it.

Hi, i’m happy to do that, but just want to clarify something here is it really $41.13 to actually get support for this one thing? It’s almsot the price of a new template. Then I have to go to that forum and wait around for days for someone to respond to my support request. So, my question is, if I make that purchase of support will I have to wait for several days to get this problem fixed, thanks?

during looking around my friend theme i founded full of good features but i have some questing s in regards of post setting / general :

1. The subtitle indeed is a “second title” if you want to display a text underneath the main post title.
2. The theme already has a via and source option where you can add the source of your articles: https://www.screencast.com/t/DwD560J5xO

i was looking in all pages but can not find a page called ” single post source”
also i couldn’t find a way to create it
do u guys have it in your full demo import?
if not, i need to know how to get control of the “post settings” in tagdiv because until now i am struggling with it.
i did create draft tagdiv page and i clicked on tagdiv than add element than on the right i tried to edit the elements but no way i can find “single post source” or anything to do with “post settings”.

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 1662 of the file /public/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_util.php. Error message: Out of memory (allocated 56623104) (tried to allocate 36864 bytes)
I have the memory set to 256Mb.
Would uninstalling / re-installing the theme plugins help?

I’m working on a project using the Newspaper theme alongside Polylang Pro plugin. There is an issue with the theme when it loads Ajax posts.
i.e. category posts infinity load. This loads the first few posts correctly but as it goes down it will start to display posts from other languages.
Even the megamenu is not functioning correctly.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. By default the theme does not come with a subscription functionality, but you can use plugins in this regard. The most popular choice is buddypress which is a tested and recommended plugin to use with our theme.
