Hello, I’ve encountered problems with regards to receiving emails from wordpress. This happens if I want to change email of any of the users registered for my website. It also happens when registering users to the website. They don’t receive any verification email. (Yes I’ve tried 10 different emails) This doesn’t happen to any other website of mine, so what could the reason be?

Update: my webserver had without my knowledge blocked emails from coming out of my website. I’ve installed recaptcha and hope for the best.

I’m encountering some difficulties with some Thema settings. One is the hours of operation. Currently Mapbox is only for changing to different map styling.

Please give us previous buyers an answer as to why one cannot log in from Mobile X ??

It makes no sense whatsoever to have Mobile X if you cannot log in or confirm listing.

You should be able to login from mobile. Please open a support ticket if you are running into issues with login as the team will need to investigate.

My site has a problem with tag listing. The tahs i added appear on entire listing page. For example;

https://www.inyurt.com/istanbul-ozel-kiz-yurtlari and https://www.inyurt.com/istanbul-ozel-erkek-ogrenci-yurtlari/

These two listing pages should have different lists, all the same.

When i added tags to different listing pages, all added tags appear on all listing pages. İ just eant the tahs i add to appear on their listing page.

We have a problem with version 1.2.14. We have the website hosted on Siteground and when we try to access the homepage sometimes the error 504 is presented. After an extensive analysis, we can not detect the origin of the problem, we only know that there is a running CGI script that gives timeout. Can you help?

Hello yfrederik,

The main search results will show featured image that the listing has. In order for the logo to show, you’d need to change the search result layout to listing style 3 it will show the logo of the business along with the name of business.

Pink box is default image you can change that to what you want as a default image, as for not showing it’s cause it’s not setup to show same as above.

If you want the logo to show on other layouts, it would require a little custom editing. You can reach out the the custom editors for a Free Quote.:

Hello, I wish to use this theme in an India based directory website. So all transactions will be in Indian Rupees (INR). Does this theme checkout system support transactions in INR? PayPal doesn’t support INR yet. Is there any alternate way we can use INR as the primary currency for checkout?
