I’ve got a question before buying this theme. For what I have read, the plugins Revolution Slider & Visual Composer are included.
My question is: how often are they upgraded? Do you distribute them as soon as there is an upgrade or approximately how many days after (usually)?

There is a bug with portfolio filters, when pagination enabled. Filters only show filtered items for current Page, even if there are no items on that Page. So result could be 0 items for Page 1 and 10 items on Page 2. Its wrong. When filters are used, results should get all items from all pages.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, because the Parent Menu Item is also linked with any page, So when you click/tap on the Parent Menu Item it will take you to the particular page with which it is linked, So you can not set it as for open the Child Menu/Sub Menu Items or open all the menu items by default when clicked on mobile hamburger, This requires Customization and if you want our paid Customization services you can contact our Customization team as well.

Im having some issues with the theme update and the WooCommerce plugin. When I updated the theme, some of my products went from being in stock to out of stock. I restored the site and deactivated the WooCommerce plugin but still no change. I tried to update the WooCommerce templated files that were old and that didn’t help. It seems like the new update wasn’t comparable with the latest version of woocommerce. Thanks,

I just updated the Porto theme and noticed Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer wasn’t updated. So, I checked the comments section and noticed this thread:
“…also deactivate/delete these three plugins (Porto Widgets, Porto Short code, Porto Content-Type) before an update because in our latest theme we have made a new Plugin named Porto Functionality is combination of these 3 plugins so before install Porto Functionality you must deactivate/delete those 3 plugins and in our new update also Ultimate addon for Visual composer Plugin is also excluded, the elements which are used in the site of Ultimate Addon we add those elements in Porto Functionality so no need to worry but you can use Ultimate Addon for visual composer as well it is up to you.”
I looked for these three plugins (Porto Widgets, Porto Short code, Porto Content-Type), but they’re not in the plugins section for me to delete. I then turned off “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” but I had to turn it back on because my text style on my home page was messed up and it wasn’t legible.
Now my website looks fine on my desktop but not on my iPhone.
What do you recommend I do? I can’t supply you with the login credentials for security reasons. I just need directions on how to fix it.
I can restore my old backup and start the new update all over again. Please advice. Thank You!

There is a Widget named “Woo Category Sidebar” under Appearance >> Widgets used for showing the sidebar on Shop/Category Pages, and you can add Filters Widgets in it for showing it on Shop and Category Pages as showing in this screenshot: https://screenshot.net/vvp3obw
And if you want to show different Filters on different Category Pages then you have to create multiple/different sidebars as per your requirements from Appearance >> Sidebars as showing in this screenshot: https://screenshot.net/mgo7xtx
then the particular sidebar will appear under Appearance >> Widgets as showing in this screenshot: https://screenshot.net/8m5yvhv
and you can set any filter in the particular sidebar as per your requirements and then you have to go to Products >> Categories and edit any of the Category on which you want to set the particular sidebar and after editing the Category, scroll below, you will find an option of “Layout & Sidebar”, check it YES, and then you will find an options of “Layout” & “Sidebar”, so you have to choose the particular sidebar from there and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache, the particular sidebar will only appear on particular Category Page: https://screenshot.net/76mk4f6
You can simply Customize the Filters by editing those filters as per your requirements.

In Safari on iOS (for all devices, including iPad), where the user may be on a cellular network and be charged per data unit, preload and auto-play are disabled. No data is loaded until the user initiates it. Auto-play is disabled to prevent unsolicited cellular download. iOS not only prevents auto-play but also preloading the video until the user initiates it. Android has disabled auto-play in versions 4.1+.

I am having issues with the new version of the theme. I tried to install the latest version of the theme and got errors but somehow I managed to manually upload the theme and activate but then couldn’t activate the porto functionality plugin, it is giving the error below:

Plugin not activated. A higher version of Porto Functionality is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
I am also unable to activate woocommerce

Please go to wp-content/plugins and delete the Porto Functionality and WooCommerce Plugins folders from there and then go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate it with the same purchase code and then go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and Install the plugins from there again one by one I am sure you will not finds the issue.

Porto functionality plugin is updated and working fine but couldn’t install woocommerce. I tried removing from file manager, uploaded manually and tried everything I knew but couldn’t install woocommerce plugin. it gives error “The plugin does not have a valid header” and Could not copy file. woocommerce/includes/class-wc-privacy-exporters.php etc… what can I do as I am stuck at this point
