My console error looks like this : Uncaught TypeError: $tabs.easyResponsiveTabs is not a function at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> ((index):988) at i (jquery.js:2) at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js:2) at Function.ready (jquery.js:2) at HTMLDocument.J (jquery.js:2)

There must be one from two reasons.

1. Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the WP and Theme and all the Theme required/recommended plugins, If not then please update all and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache.

OR

2. It must be any third party plugin confliction, Please once deactivate all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, Hope your issue will solve and then again activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 21/03/2019. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hi ! 1.I am using latest WP and theme versions and all needed plugins. 2. you where right – disabling mailpoet fixed that problem. 3. I got other strange error when disabling zoom and pop up feature on single product. ‘src; undefined error… but when I enable them back – all good.

Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPs because you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPs from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

This Section has been set using Custom CSS, Please edit your Home Page you will find the Custom CSS under WP Bakery Custom CSS Option as showing in this screenshot: https://screenshot.net/yj0xwc1
, Please Cut the Custom CSS from here and paste it into the Page Custom CSS option at very bottom of the page as showing in this screenshot: https://screenshot.net/yqjynbd

There is an error in the french language to translate account in woocommerce it says “Connectez – Out” which is not French. A good word would be “Déconnexion”.

You have to Install the Theme first then you have to Activate the Theme by going into Porto >> Theme License and then you have to Install and Activate all the Theme required/recommended plugins as well and then finally you will be able to Import any Demo on your site, Please see this video: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/installation-video/

Some pictures in the Concept-Element of Porto are not loaded properly most of time in Firefox browser, in Chrome and others it works nice. Example (very end of page): https://fahrschule-royal.ch Please fix in the next update of theme. Thanks!

Thank you for the answer. However that element still doesnt work properly. With the given lines above the last images looks like mirrored on the bottom, that is still wrong. Please fix this in the next update! Also make sure it works on Safari browser.

Btw your demo website where you make the screenshots from is not uptodate, you use older versions, so you should check the issue also with updated components yourself…. ;-)

I have tested it at my end on my test site with the very latest Theme as well but do not finds the issue, and as per your request, I also forwarding this to the development department for testing in deep and if the issue is there then will fix it with the future upcoming updates of the Theme.

Shop Page is an Archive Page and you can not directly edit the Archive Pages, You can change/set the Shop Page Layout/Style/Options from Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archives as per your requirements.

Hi! I buy 3 porto themes for 3 customers… for every customer, i find the same problem and I think to never buy porto because my problem is: - When I change something on a page (with wp bakery or with elementor) or I change something through the porto options, I need to ATTEND A LOT OF DAYS before the change is visible to me or to my users that visit my websites… that’s crazy!!! I have Siteground like hosting services, but they haven’t any problem, and elementor never had any problem with other websites.

WHAT HAPPEN? PLEASE HELP ME.

It must be the cache issue on your sites, nothing else, we have tested the latest Theme many times and do not finds the issue, Please deactivate your server, site and browser cache until you are in the development process.

And also please try once with deactivating Elementor plugin as well as this is not compatible with the Theme now, and we are not providing our dedicated support for third party plugins issues, and I can see your sites pages are also made using Elementor plugin, So Please try once with deactivating it and check after changing the Theme Options after removing the cache Hope you will not finds the issue.
